As a motion of peace to the people of UnderSigil, fully knowing that many had found employment within the Cartel and had connections to the organization, the Syndicate is extending a one-time offer of amnesty, within its territory, to Cartel members to be permitted to rejoin the community as free people. If you have no outstanding warrants by the surface factions then the Syndicate is willing to forget your past membership in the Cartel and allow you to move as freely as you wish within the village and to be permitted access to membership within the ranks of the Syndicate as able.
With the Cartel no more, it is time to move forward.
