Ring Giver's Ring in Another Fundraiser
Submitted By: Yorik, SIGIS Columnist
Submit Date: 2nd Lady of Savorus, 139H The Rule of Five was particularly busy these recent cycles due to the Fundraiser hosted by the Ring Givers, hosted this past Lady's Day. Located in the Clerk's Ward, the restaurant is a haven for Sensates and others who enjoy a rotating menu and a certain, cozy but elegant ambiance.

Food, drink, and entertainment were all provided on the Ring Givers dime, with the star of the night being a curious raffle game. The event was well-attended by a smattering of the Cage's up-and-comers, Planeswalkers, and other Clerk's ward locals, as well as a number of the Bargainers themselves. While it didn't seem to attract some of the biggest pockets in the Cage, donations allegedly numbered in the hundred of cogs for charitable causes, such as the Hive soup kitchens, various orphanages, and healing clinics around the Cage.

There was an altercation over the raffle boxes- A clueless and a Godsmen exchanged brief blows, but it resolved itself quickly, with no more than bruised egos and faces to show for it.

Some sources claim the entire evening was more an effort to bring visibility to the Ring Givers own brand of recruitment, with the raffle as the practical example of their fundemental philosophy to Give, is to receive. Others, claim it was an affront to charity as an institution, with its obvious encouragement of gambling.
One scribe noted, "Its weird, right? You're supposed to give to help, not give to win prizes! It all feels a bit off, to me. I don't think I'll go to the next."

Another Signer had this to say."A perfect example of positive thinking at work. I wouldn't be surprised if the Givers got a few more namers showing up at their door."

Submitted By: Xmemi Memxi, SIGIS Columnist
Submit Date: 2nd Lady of Savorus, 139Ha

The cultured culinary artists of the Cage have been really feeling the squeeze as Sunflower Honey supplies have shrunk drastically in recent cycles. Sources indicate the quantities circulating in the Cage have shrunk threefold, and arrival of more has slowed to a crawl.

Further Chant is that the Merkhant Quadra Lofaard is looking for Cutters and Bashers to investigate this situation! A lucrative reward is guaranteed!

Winged-Terror's Wings Clipped: Hive Remains On Edge

Submitted By: Jelly Nelly
Submit Date: 2nd Lady of Savorus, 139H

After multiple cycles of strewn body parts, missing persons, and general troublemaking, sources claim the dark-winged Vigilante terrorizing the Hive has been apprehended.

The one in question was seen carried out of the Hive by Harmonium forces, tarred, feathered, chained, and unconscious. Rumors claim that before that, Xaos Boss Mordrigaaz was seen handing over the berk in question himself!

Something's up between the Xaos and the Harmonium, that's for sure some have even been seen together on patrols in the Hive's worst areas.

The suspect will remain in custody as the indictment is finalized with the Courts. The Temple of the Nine reported has reached out to petition for jurisdiction, citing claims of desertion when it was revealed the culprit was indeed, the Erinyes known as Luth Mandrake!

Now, canny bashers might remember seeing that self-same Erinyes at the Temple of Lathander, reportedly training alongside their knights- their leader, one Dawnknight Turai, had this to say: "The Morning Lord is keen to offer new beginnings and betterment to those who seek it, but woe be to those who would take advantage of his generosity. The temple neither knew, nor endorses, his actions, and we hope for a swift judgement and just punishment from the Triad."

The Gangs of the Hive still seem rattled, keeping their operations close to the chest. thought whether that's due to the vigilante, or the resulting actions of the Xaos and Harmonium, its hard to tell at this stage. We at the SIGIS will dig for the truth, and update our readers with further developments.
