This comes up every few months, Until such a time as Kaedrin release's editable versions of his work we won't be considering it. He has some amazing stuff but it has to be balanced to fit the server.

More like NWN2's version of the PRC, I'd say.

There are a few reasons we don't use Kaedryn content. Not insurmountable, but significant.

1. Permission - Sigil does not use content without their creator's permission. This is probably the easiest problem to solve if what you say is true.

2. Balance - A lot of Kaedryn's content is at a non-negligibly higher power level then SCOD. At least a significant portion of his content would need to be nerfed or changed in other ways to not cause power creep. Especially if a large quantity is added.

3. Integration - There are a lot of stuff in the background of SCOD, "framework" stuff that makes everything work. Likewise, Kaedryn has his own framework in the background to make all his stuff work. This is probably the biggest hurdle, as I imagine the process of merging all of this background stuff into SCOD would be a significant task.

On a more personal note, I don't feel like most of his content is particularly interesting enough to be worth the work. Half his classes and feats are just different variations of numbers and existing abilities. They don't really add flavor, just ways to tweek builds for power.

Mostly out of curiosity though, which part(s) of Kaedryn's content do people really really want (Try and be specific) and why?

His sneak attack damage on spells with attack rolls manages to function purely on flanking, where ours requires some crazy silliness with trying to remain undetected, requiring Silent Spell, etc.

Also Swiftblade.

I liked the animal companion path for rangers.
There were a few other things, but I don't remember them right at this moment.

I love the way you phrase it, "... manages to function purely on flanking...", as if that's something even remotely difficult to script, while Sigil's devs had to use 'crazy silliness' because they couldn't possibly work out the incredible complexity of the GetFacing() function.

By the way, it's time for the Whitefly post verification checklist:
[✓] Combative tone?
[✓] Dripping with sarcasm?
[✓] Needlessly condescending?
Whitefly post confirmed!

The Deverish has some nice two handed skills and defenses that activate when using Light armour and Slashing Weapons, it looks and sounds cool and doesn't sound too OP either, A cool fit in the mod imho. And it gets Dodge ac ever few levels as long as she wears no armour or light armour.

Dervish is pretty alright. I like Anointed Knight/Warrior of Darkness, but they make Mageslayer even more obsolete (then again that class already is IMO)... Swiftblade is something that'd need a big nerf hammer before being added (added = someone here scripts it).

I don't really buy into the whole "Kaedrin has OP stuff" argument.
Sigil has -by far- stuff that puts everything in Kaedrin to shame. The Mystic Theurge by itself is probably stronger than any caster PRC in Kaedrin.
And summons in Sigil are far stronger than summons in Kaedrin as well, not to mention that there are classes (like Palemaster) that get henchman + summon, something that Kaedrin (up to 1.42.1) does not have.
And let's not forget the various races and racial PRCs, some of which blow anything that Kaedrin has out of the water.
Now, Kaedrin does have some balance problems (like Annointed Knight/Whirling Dervish making Paladin and Dwarven Defender completely obsolete, though the latter was already obsolete on its own in vanilla NWN2 :P) and lots of redundancy (Assassin/Avenger, Annointed Knight/Warrior of Darkness), but you can't really claim that Kaedrin has "OP stuff" from Sigil's point of view.
