Unfortunately that's how it works. It's the prosecutions job to prove guilt and the defense's job to tear their case apart. In order for me to use technicalities and loopholes (a Fraternity strategy I might add) I need to argue stupid little points. If it was as cut and dried as "here's the evidence... verdict decided"... we might as well not even hold a trial.

It also helps to make your opposition look foolish.

You'd think the fraternity would like all the loopholes and technicslities I've been trying to use... that's right up their alley ;)

Yeah, i just get the feeling that Hildmor will soon just stand up and declare he is guilty for everything from the assault to torturing kittens in the Bazaar just to get the trial over and done with :P

Well that would certainly make my job a whole lot easier. It's just hard to keep things moving, without nitpicking eachother, when there's so much time between the judges posts. We think of stuff and add it to the thread and argue back and forth until the judge makes a call.

I believe he enjoys watching the cards of the Harmonium fall one by one. ;)

@Darkrob: Just wanted to add that your defense is quite awesome in a scary way... best not get into trouble with Charles. XD

Thanks! It takes me quite a bit of time (some of it wasted at work... shhhh) to think that stuff up, hehe.

Well... we could continue trying to tear the prosecutions evidence apart... or you could give us something that proves you're innocent. Which is more likely? :P

Just a bit of OOC amusement. Just realized today that Ivan "The Wall" is actually a Mercykiller.

However, we can't retcon the trial, so just assume that the Ivan in the trial is indeed a Harmonium, and any Mercykiller you happen to meet in game called Ivan "The Wall" is a completely different Ivan "The Wall" ;)

((*Cough-hack-cough* This has been going on for 8 days now. I am sorry but that's just not a single bit enjoyable for me anymore, so for <<Happy Baby Seal>> sake, please be quick with it or find another solution rather than this form of trial.))
