thank you for your permission, I will start research soon.
I submitted the scrolls I found on my travels to the Harmonium vaults long ago so the scroll retrieved is the only one in my possession and I will take utter care to not endanger any Harmonium personell or property nor civillians or their property with my research.
As for the dimensional wards I ask you to please reconsider the decision.
The incidents always involved an attack by an extradimensional foe or an opponent using extradimensional travel and so I strongly suggest to at least cover those outposts involved in this research with Dimensional Locks.
We suffered losses, we suffered a breach of security- I respectfully request we do whatever we can to keep our personell safe.

Afterwards Hograth fill in the forms necessary to aquire a single scroll which he then takes into one of the underground vaults to begin his research.
