Cratten responds again "Right, well we'll deal with Abby then. As for the complaint, whatever ye fancy. The reasons for the case are solid. One, before ye were not dead thus liable to medical condition that might make ye require a staff for walking. Two, now ye're dead... well undead to be specific, powered by negative energy, unless ye can prove yer sudden medical condition that ye require to wield this weaponized seeming staff to walk, I doubt ye'll be getting more than a nod or two and then told they'll deal with it and really they'll just forget about it.

Look, discrimination sounds fine and dandy on paper until ye look down at all the facts. Mortals gets their legs broken through several causes, most obvious of 'em all is old age, then there are fractions and all sort of damage and undead ain't. Ye say discrimination, I say facts... because only reason why even the mortals are allowed to keep 'em is because of medical conditions. Like the Notaries stated, ye can simply get a staff that ain't looking like weaponized. But like I said, if ye want to place complaint, feel free to make such... any high up whom feels it needs to be dealt with can take a look."

*Mathias submits a report on the incident*

I have questioned the accused, Abby, on the conditions surrounding the incident with the Lich. According to Abby, the Lich was draining the life force of a woman named Nienna, who collapsed, at which point the Lich pulled a wand from his robes and kneeled over Nienna. Abby turned him as she perceived it as a threat to this Nienna woman's life. It would do to question Nienna, but it seems the Lich that filed this complaint is not a victim, but the cause of a huge public disturbance. I suspect that further investigation will reveal he was illegally practicing hostile magic and wielding a magical weapon in a public area, and therefore the charges against Abby should be dropped, and the Lich be fined or jailed for his crime.

Crattens response to this "Question Nienna about the incidence as well as any other witnesses. Too much sodding late time revelations, ain't nobody having solid answers these days?"

Granite Stonejaw the recently reinstated harmonium druid adds a simple report to this case.

"I have questioned various people who frequent the bazaar and they claimed the lich had consent to for the experiment from the people involved, which indicates that miss winters was in the wrong when you get to the heart of the matter."

Crattens reply "Lets bring her in then, couple nights in cells and then let out with a notion that if such actions will persist, then next time we ain't going to be so lenient, we'll give benefit of doubt since the harm done was minimal and since her motivation sounds plausible."
