I agree, but it's an option for deception until you get them later.

Every Fiend on Sigil is a "Grand Deciever"? Look, it looks even more stupid, than bunch of Fiends beating everyone just for fun on Bazaar.

There are a hundred of different reasons why a character, specifically a fiend (and especially a Baatezu) would want to interact with a Celestial. Even if it's something as simple as wanting to taunt them or thinking that by engaging with them they are planting seeds of corruption, it's certainly reasonable for this to go on.

There's more to being evil than smashing things you dislike to bits. And frankly, I don't really appreciate the suggestion that their RP is somehow less valid just because they actually want to RP with other people on an RP server.

If you're a baatezu deception is your bread and butter. I've played an amnizu that set the harmonium on a eladrin by provoking her to the point of assault while breaking no laws at all. Most fiends/celestials/outsiders come to sigil for intelligence or resource gathering; it's the one neutral zone in all the planes where this happens. There is definitley still lots of conflict there however.

There is difference between "Smashing things", "Not roleplaying your character sheet" and a "Proper roleplay".

Bunch of "sneaky sexy Fiends" with absolutely the same style falls under second category. You can roleplay an evil fiend without killing everyone and still interact with people as many times you want.

So...don't hang out with the Fiends who get all chummy with the celestials?

And Morthos is usually quite unfriendly. It just so happens that most of our "Fiends" are either Tanar'ri or Tieflings. What do?

That's going to happen on any server. But you don't have to hang out with those folks IC.

Let me give you an example of cutting ties via RP. (I know it seems like I'm crowing about Morthos, but that's not the intent.) Morthos, as an Athar, does NOT oppose Tiamat. (Sidenote: If you think it's OOC or bad RP for an evil Athar to refuse to oppose the Destroyer of Gods, then you may want to some research. And, yes, he knows she IS a goddess.) Morthos and Argent had an argument over this. Apparently, Argent seemed to think that Athar should oppose all gods and goddesses, out of hand. And Argent had prior plotlines with avatars of Tiamat in them. Morthos basically views it as an "enemy of my enemy" thing. Long story short; Morthos doesn't hang out with Argent anymore - even though both Argent and Morthos oppose the Raven Queen. (Sorry, Lucadia. It's not personal, I assure you.) He also has seen Argent refuse to step up the Gray Vizier and is still kind of annoyed that Argent keeps acting like the Somnos deal is no biggy. (The Athar and Signers were never chummy anyway.) Morthos doesn't like Argent anymore, and everyone knows it, if they pay attention.

I would ask. What is more interesting and imaginative RP? The evil dude who spits in the face of the Celestial? Or the evil dude who tricks the Celestial into something? Working against good is hardly limited to obvious behaviors.

I didn't think you were. My point is, there's plenty of ways to not RP with someone anymore.

Please read the post you quoted, specifically this part:

Unfortunately, I'm not even sure what you want out of people. Do you want them to never interract with others? How is a Baatezu supposed to get connections and gain power if they don't engage with others and build relationships? You know, sort of like Chanan did. Having connections is one of the most important things when it comes to what you can and can't do in an RP environment like Sigil.

Do you want no one to be sneaky about what they're doing? What if they are playing a fiend that is actually written in the Monster Manual as being super sneaks? Do you want everyone to be straightforward "I AM EVIL, GONNA BEAT THE (Anne Rice) OUT OF ALL THOSE GOODS!"?

And do I even have to remind you that we do not require people to RP their character sheets on this server?

Baatezu can find other evils to he... Oh, whats happened? No evil characters? How unexpected, considering you implying on server being so multi-aligned.

I do not want anything. I can get a ban just for not being liked without need to violate the rules.

Thats the problem: you do not require, and almost no one roleplays their character sheet. Server seems to reward you only if you are do-goodie. I am talking about it aloud only because I do not want SCoD turn in to BGTSCC.
