why 33? 30 base+4 epic weapon focus=34zethrenx99,Aug 5 2016 wrote:I realize, but since i wont go into strength details its easier to list it as over max BAB. 40 AB is impressive but its 40AB + gear + atributes + feats. in the fighters base 33 ab + ect. . .Mr_Otyugh,Aug 5 2016 wrote: BAB (Base Attack Bonus) never goes above 30, it defines number of attacks you can get, it can only increase by levels (or Divine Power temporarily). AB (Attack Bonus) can go above it and includes BAB into the calculations, but higher AB does not increase the amount of attacks you can put out.
Just adding this here because it seems to be mixed regularly.

Before the NA nerf, almost certainly one of the strongest overall builds possible.Born2BeWild,Aug 4 2016 wrote:10 druid 10 mt 2 wiz 8 red wiz abj based, even after NA nerf he is good case of tenser.
After the NA nerf, still ridiculously good.

Speaking of Warpriest, are there plans to rework or replace it in the future?

Does Arcane Trickster grant Eldritch Adept?Neethanial,Aug 4 2016 wrote: Warlock 10, Assassin 10, arcane trickster 10. Can also sub succubus in here and alter to warlock 1, succubus 10, 8 assassin, 8 trickster.
Pre-hips invis for the first strike (or three)
Hips for after the first hits.
Take the three shadowhand feats for another instant invis, plus non-invis breaking teleport. (It does break stealth, just not invis).
Hideous blow, trickster sneak attack, assassin death attack. It literally won't matter which weapon you want to use. You'll net 4d6 DA, 4d6 SA, plus whatever you can pull off with hideous blow.
Disclaimer: This build is a snowball. It SUCKS at early levels if you're soloing. It may also have to wait to see if Death Attack is tweaked to work better with spells.

A lot of the best true powerbuilds (the ones that can perform beatdowns on the most powerful bosses) are going to be back-loaded, gaining their best synergies in the final levels (the "snowball" comment above. And you should definitely remember this when looking up builds on nwn2db. If you're picking up all your useful powers late in the build, you probably will wind up needing help to survive the early levels.
Of course, the best option is to start out with an "early strong" build, collect a good arsenal of enchanted gear, then rebuild so your squishy low-level character is running around with high AC and strong bonuses to hit and the like. Although do remember it's against server rules to make an entirely different character (so no baatezu-now-drow-later hijinks), and frowned upon to make too drastic a change (leveling an EDM paladin/cleric to 20, then going back to rebuild as a rogue/assassin).

Who needs a bow? You can be a Cleric/SL and hurl your axes for 150dmg/hit 7 times per round even in Etherial targets.Taihou,Aug 5 2016 wrote: It may be worth trying building something with bow as main source of DMG.

It should, but it may not.Ninefingers,Aug 5 2016 wrote: Does Arcane Trickster grant Eldritch Adept?
Wiki says:
http://sigil-nwn2.wikia.com/wiki/Eldritch_Adept
*Ignore this (non-implemented) PrC or get whomped.wrote:Type of Feat: Class
Prerequisite: Warlock 16 or PrC 10 (Brachina, Fellblade, Golem Master, Lich, Palemaster, Succubi or Verdant Prince*)
Specifics: If youre a warlock, this feat allows you to take Eldritch Master at Epic Levels.
Use: Automatic.
Of course, the wiki isn't always up to date, and I can't access the game at work. (Well, I can. I won't.) That said, I honestly don't think AT should gain Eldritch Adept. They're supposed to be an Arcane/Rogue hybrid. It doesn't make sense for AT builds to get the absolute best spells/invocations, like you would get as a regular arcane build. So, if AT doesn't get Eldritch Adept, I don't think it should be added to them.
