After Hogarth returns from the expedition to Locke's prime and makes Caterina aware of what transpired there she wakes him early the following morning with a breakfast of tea honey and porridge.

"I'd like to visit Sir Locke again today. Things may not be as friendly as last time so I would like you to come with me please."

"...and I was hoping for relaxed breakfast in bed. Oh well.... but thank you, Cat"

He smiles at her then gets up and ready, eating quickly. There will be time for them to enjoy a meal together later.. perhaps he will take her out to this new restaurant for dinner?

Then he dresses in some light armour and chooses one of his smaller blades.

"Ready. Lets go."

[*Midnight]

"I am afraid work keeps us from such luxuries as breakfast in bed."

As he eats she dresses before seeing to her hair and make up and the two of them leave the house and head through The Lady's Ward to the home of Sir Locke.

Arriving there Hograth knocks but then steps aside to let Caterina do the talking. After all her diplomatic approach is a lot less violent than his own kind of 'diplomacy'.

One of Loke's servants answers the door and ushers the two inside. He tells them to take a seat by the warm fire. After they are seated (or standing if they wish), he goes and gets Loke, who enters the reception area wearily and takes a seat.

"How can I assist the Triad today?"

Caterina takes a seat thanking the retainer who showed them in

"We are here to discuss the devil's on the prime you come from. Most importantly we would like to know why they are there."

Caterina raises a finger appealing for quiet.

"Before you answer I remind you that your current good fortune is dependent on your cooperation with cooperation with the Triad's investigation, and should the answer you give me be anything less than the truth I will have the Measure here arrest you and we will continue this little chat somewhere less comfortable. I cannot help these people if you keep lying to me."

Hograth opens his mouth as if to add something but then closes it again. Not much to add- so he stays silent, watches the man.

There is something fishy, something going on that does not fit. And a plane is threatened so quick answers matter.

Shoulders sag as he starts to talk.

"It's the pact my ancestor signed. Hundreds of years ago. They learned magical enchantments and knowledge to craft those items that created immense wealth. But that pact also had the stipulation that whatever wealth is created by the deal is to be repossessed by the same devil.

Since my people have accumulated vast wealth, they are proclaiming that the world is now theirs as per the deal signed with the pact. At least that is how is was explained to me..."

Caterina looks over the contract paying attention to the signatories.

"Your ancestors who were they? Did they have the authority to offer the fiends a whole world?"

Hograth nods slowly, what he had learned from the Druid and what he learned now making sense.

"Do you have a copy of the contract? Perhaps there are loopholes we can exploit. Also what do you know about that devil? A name and his position in Baators hierachy could help."

He looks at Cat, knowing she will probably have something to add- after all he knows she is better at these things than he is.

"Ah. One last thing. What about this blades? What is their role and will they endanger their bearer or the Cage while they are kept here?
