She smiles and answers in a tone that has a strange mix of kindness, yet military precision.
"There are several rules and ideals that I follow whenever I'm on duty."
"First, I give 100% of myself while on duty. Not doing so is tantamount to cheating on the organization, and our commanding officer. Never give less than 100%."
"Secondly, faith is very important as part of what I do. Faith in the Harmonium cause and the gods that support us are, in my opinion, vital for harmony. I regularly use the religious facilities in the Barracks for this purpose."
"Thirdly, I am always learning. There is always something new to learn every day, whether it's new weapon techniques, new laws and ordinances, or new ways to make an arrest. I do not get complacent, for the day I become complacent, I will be dead on the ground with an arrow in my back."
"Fourthly, the reports I write must be clear and concise. I am not trying to make some masterpiece for a bard to sing. Reports should be written so that our commanding officers can gain as much information in the least amount of time."
