Nimi's post really hits it on the head.
What I find immersion breaking about it is okay, assuming these fey are willing to invite the wrath of the Lady, etc, that still leaves the issue of why the Harmonium haven't already started pushing for full blown martial law. There is a powerful force attacking the Cage. It gives their opportunistic and selfless elements a unified goal: evil Harmonium want to gain more control, good Harmonium would see it as a harsh but necessary way to bring peace and prosperity back to the Cage. The Harmonium hate Fey (as they are creatures of Chaos) to the point where there are no more Fey where the Hardheads come from.
It probably seems weird that someone whose main is a Doomguard would want this, but really, the Harmonium making a public move would be something every PC on the server could be involved with. While I have no idea whether scripting some kind of Harmonium Checkpoint would be even possible, something smaller i.e. descriptive text as you enter an area providing some fluff about the state of the Cage would help glue it all together.
Alternatively, the chaotic factions could start taking advantage of this, which could lead to such a Harmonium reaction. In either case, it's really hard to orchestrate stuff like this without a little more fluff, which I suspect is partially the purpose behind this thread!

I don't think there's enough public information or news about whats going on... I tried following the topic in In Character, but very few things are explained there, and news almost never make it unto the forums.
In short, I find it hard to follow and that has limited my potential involvement; and I'm probably not alone in this feeling.

I was in a part of this plot close to over a month back now and I still don't really know what's going on with it.

Information seems to be a little sparse, but I think that's also in part up for the players to actually share what they know.
Personally I've not felt like the Fey are really endangering Sigil enough to awaken the wrath of her Serenity. Small skirmishes with diminitive results where some have died, but then her Serenity couldn't care less about their safety. And not enough many to seem to consent real strategic decisions even from the Factions. Or at least their behavior hasn't been represented in a way that others would react.
Even a public vouch for alliance to the Fey court didn't appear to draw the ire of individuals or lawful organizations.

Alright. Heres a go.
I would like to see the fey npcs toned down a notch for event encounters .They are built more like common pcs with gear then they are as npcs with a lot immunites and packing a punch.
Like to see the counters scale with the group range. Yesterday we had a mixed pot from 28 to 3. Basicly our low levels had little to do other then fall out dead in one hit, when some was hoping for a type of story progression.
I know this might be a hard request but perhaps it be more interesting to do some turn style encounters if you got a small group to give everyone a chance to react with a one action per turn type deal.
If your npcs got saves past the 30's, they are pretty epic even for being Immortal creatures.
Perhaps you have the expectation a powerbuilt lv 30 wrecking ball is going show up, but in my instance of at least four attacks, its been a TPK at the start.
---
As for information regaurding what is going on. It be nice if we had like a consolidated thread highlighting all the main points that could be basic chant, dark and deepest dark. As the dm, you should probably recall who should know what when it comes what categories .

That's going to be a tough nut to crack in any game mechanical conflict. Best method around it, at least from my personal experience, is to use two types of spawns. High epic, and ultimate tosh. For example, a powerful lich... and swarms of zombies. Pretty much anyone of any level can face off a zombie or few and feel like they're participating. While the tough guys are sorting out the lich.Lucadia,Feb 22 2016 wrote: Like to see the counters scale with the group range. Yesterday we had a mixed pot from 28 to 3. You can also make battlefield seem much more crowded with this, and have people feel good about themselves when they've beaten the swarm. It's somewhat similar principle as is used in the Malebranche fight at Minauros also, the spirits are fillers that are easily disposed, while actual threat is what the high levels are worrying about. But a low level along can participate and try to kill the lesser things without being put in the way of the epic nasty.

Tess has made an active and consistent effort to inform anyone and everyone, complete with compiled reports to the Harmonium and Mercykillers. If player's aren't aware of what's going on, it's because they're ignoring the information literally handed to them or ignoring the forums entirely, or both. And aside from all of the merchants publicly denouncing him and refusing to tolerate his presence, the traitor has been rarely seen in the city.Mr_Otyugh,Feb 22 2016 wrote: Information seems to be a little sparse, but I think that's also in part up for the players to actually share what they know.

I wouldn't go as far as to say that people are ignoring information. That and compiled reports to Harmonium and Mercykillers pretty much excludes majority of server unless they happen to metagame. And it'd also be metagaming to suddenly go ask Tess if they know anything about things, because my character(s) shouldn't really know that. :P And that's the gist of the problem, unless you know, you won't know a thing, because no one is trying to inform the public in a way that they know where to ask or get information from. But I approve Ariellas effort to get a SIGIS reporter into the job, that seems a cool way to handle it.
Also one merchant denounced him, one doesn't constitute all of them. From what I could see, their presence was quite tolerated enough to allow standing in the most public place of the server for hours in the span of several days with barely anyone making even threats (I counted one insult. No threats.). I'd say that's very tolerant behavior from people.
