and so serin goes to the first one, flara of ilmater in the clerks ward, her expectations mostly neutral
as she arrives, serin examines carefully the place this flara of ilmater lives in, before looking for her

It is a small apartment in the upper story of a house close to the Hall of Speakers the shouting and chatter from the streets can still be heard upstairs.
The room Serin enters is small and sparsely furnished but tidy and very clean, smelling faintly of vinegar and incense. She is greeted by a small, old woman wearing simple grey robes, the whote hair worn in a topknot, the pale blue eyes dissecting her guest already.
"Good day. What ails you?"

Emila smiles to herself. She does not need those joining the faction to be happy, in fact happiness is one of the many emotiobs they will soon have to shed. Although in most cases the healing of the disease will only require a healers kit and some more mundane application of the healer's craft for this first rather public display she will need something spectacular, something instant. She channels positive energy into a heal spell careful not to catch herself in it she lets it wash over him and fight the affliction.
"Now who is next?"

The man accepts the healing then.. waits. "Now my family. You promised."
He points to a woman and three children to the right of the main group- and Emila feels he is not yet really trusting this miracle. Nor does the crowd, watching her still carefully.
But there are whispers, the display of her abilities seems to have impressed more than a few Hivers already.

"Of course. Truedeath will bring you salvation from the pain, and so I will bring salvation for these others."
She would cast heal again on each of them making sure the gathered crowd sees instant results
//From a mechanics perspective she has 5 heals and 4 greater restorations left after the girst one to deal with disease.

(( It is ok. ))
They are visibly relieved and while they say goodbye to the man several others in this crowd step forward- no push forward- trying to be the next one to recieve healing, offering themselves or relatives in exchange for this service.
It is fear that drives them and the crowd slowly moves forward towards the waiting dustmen.

Emila smiles to herself, soon those who were to join the faction would need purging of emotions like fear but for now it was the perfect tool to motivate them and served as an illustration of the weakness those who ignored true death exposed themselves to.
She took a step back and allowed the group of dustmen with her to begin healing the sick.

looks at the location the house is and then around the apartment. ''ain't this an unusual spot fer 'n ilmateri to dwell?...'' asks mostly to herself then looking flara over, probably looking for the presence of actual honest signs of her being of ilmateri church, speaking meanwhile
''g'day m'lady. in all honesty nathing ails me but the suspicioun of some fishy stuff going on in th'hive. have ya heard of the disease spreading there yet?'' asks as she explains flara what she knows

The cup contains a hot, yellowish green, aromatic liquid, probably the watery extraction of leaves, blossoms and other parts of certain plants and herbs.
Flara sips from her cup, thinking for a moment.
"What I heard so far it sounds like an outbreak of Slimy Doom. The disease is rather virulent, touching an infected person or some of the goo can be enough. While it is not that hard to cure even by conventional means it is easy to get infected again- especially in an area with a dense population where even it rather short incubation time of one day does not matter."
Going silent she sips again before going on.
"Also the fact that dealing with the infected is enough to get the disease as well usually results into a certain casualty rare among the healers. Even if it is not lethal.... a healer resting in bed cannot help others."

she considers for a few moments, sipping.
''so what is the best course of action to take when this disease manifest in a crowded place like the hive? any protections can be used to deal with the infected without risks of getting sick?''
