The Story of Past

"But.... it would make a good trap. I would keep it with my other jewels and... but alright. It is yours."

*Chakra starts to speak then stops. Not wanting the guard to think her crazy she thanks him and slips off to the Inn to tell the others. Chakra would listen to the Innkeeper as she walked in and shake her head.*

No room yet, maybe later depending. For now if you have anything cooking we'd appreciate it. We have traveled much and could use a good meal. Also a pitcher of ale and two bottles of wine if you will please.

*She leads the group a table and waits until Fahleen returns so she does not have to repeat the story.*

Falheen writes down everything he learns from the Modron but seems to dazed to ask any more questions. After a quick tank you and goodbye he walks to the inn, his step slower now as if he is afraid to share what he learned.

Yet when he enters he seems back to normal again, approaching his companions and sharing with them what he learned in lowered voice.

"Now we know there are still some of us left, some hiding in the outland, some forming a.. faction called Athar. But I doubt either of the groups would help us or even understand us. Too much time has passed..."

He starts to eat only after he finished his report, taking his meal in silence, listening to his companion's conversations.

Having headed to the inn first Hera is bathed abd fresh from an hours nap.

"Sigil would be our best bet now. We can check this group the Athar. At the moment I think there is safety in numbers."

So catching up with mutual knowledge the group spent feeding and catching their strength after the journey, but what were they intending to do from there on?

After his trance Falheen waits for his companions to wake up. After gathering his belongings he would head to the portal, attempting to enter the Cage.

They reach the city of Sigil to see the extensively different and unfamiliar views, certainly some things remained constant, however the wards weren't those. Dabus still orchestrated the streets, but it'd seem like power shift has happened in the residences as now the streets have been divided roughly between different factions and sects with invisible lines. The place had less prosperity and far more poverty, especially the areas which used to be rich are now the poorest portions of the Sigil. Only the Ladys Ward appears to have remained ward that sticks to its name and appears to be in equally prime condition as before.

((Alright and if you haven't yet made the characters, now is the time to finish the rest of them, I'll be on a bit later today to hand out the story related stuff :) ))

*Chakra joins Falheen at the portal looking out of place in street cloths as opposed to her plate armor. On the return trip they would have seen her wearing holy robes but it would seem she has even discarded these. The look on her face is a pained one as it feels unnatural to her. When everyone is together she would step through the portal and into Sigil.*

*After spending nearly a week in Sigil Chakra has done a bit of research into Aoskar. She likewise does research into The Great Unknown. She meets with Falheen and discusses with him what she has learned. After a productive meeting she hires a tracker to find everyone involved in the mission as asks them to meet her in Elysium. She gives a day and a time to meet as well as instructions on where the portal is and the portkey to open it.*

To begin with Hera spends a lot of time in the hive particuarly in the slags. After a trip to brux with Chakra and Falheen she heads to the hall of records and applies to join the Fated.
