John looks at Norman with a surprised look on his face

"Chaplain... are you suggesting that I manipulate a young lass for personal gain? I'd hope not... my faith in your wisdom would be shaken. I'll make an appointment to see one as quickly as possible... the next time I go visit Freya at the courthouse."

a slight grin as he puts the priest on the spot while basically agreeing that she might be able to help.

Norman puts the now full waterskins down on the table- if there is some water remaining he would just offer it to the kitchen.

"Ah.. yes, yes. It is what I am suggesting, yes.", he gives a small nod, sitting down.
"She will not be harmed by what you do nor will you... and it will help us greatly, don't you agree?"

He starts to eat again in the same listless mechanical way then before- not minding that his food has grown stale and cold by now.

Shakes his head slightly

"Advice, I guess, will have to be sought elsewhere if I require it. No offence, Chaplain, but I expected better of a man of the cloth.

No matter... I'll do what I can but I'll not ask her to do something underhanded or out of sort.

Either way it won't happen until tomorrow. Is there more to do today or can I find me a bed before they're all taken"

"The bed is what we all need for now I think." He finishes his meal, pushes the plate away and gets up, now realizing how tired he really is- after all running around in his armour all across the cage while following clues is a tiering task.

Getting up he smiles at John and Thist taking up his own waterskin and backpack before retreating to his room.

"No offence taken. Ah... my opinions and methods are not yours to approve nor do I feel it is necessary for me to meet anybody's expectations.

I serve Pelor as good as I can and how I can. There are many faiths and many priests around and you will find one fitting your own needs.

Good Night. May the sun greet you again in the morning."

John and Ben would make their way to a small Inn to find a room. If the night passed quietly, they'd be up before the light and on their way back to the others.

Shrugs and finishes his meal. Thist would then rent a room and meet the others fresh the next morning.

The night passes peacefully and by roughly four hours before peak the next day everyone is washed and enjoying a breakfast of oaty pancakes in one of the booths of The Weary Spirit. A productive day behind them and a new one stretching out before them.

Norman is up early, performing the rituals to greet the rising sun despite Sigil's lack of one. Finishing his prayers he then has some breakfast while he waits for the others to arrive.

Once the others arrive Thist asks"What on the agenda for today. As long as their are no more briggants with crossbows, I tag along". He says some what light halfheartedly.

"We should find out about this scroll I guess. This.. Magic Jar. Then perhaps check out the house. But agreed.. we should stay together. Might get dangerous."
