=Zeph Rynn Kocrynn=

Sigil was treated to a rare adn fantastic sight this cycle, as a beautiful skyship glided through a portal to the docks of sigil. The beautiful sky blue and cloud white ship small in size but well crafted and truely one of a kind, began to demonstrate a few mid-air acrobatic maneuvers to the awe of those within the great planar city.

At that point, several people began to panic when a lone figure leapt over board and began falling towards the market ward, which caused several concerned heros to try and prepare to catch the falling soul.

It clearly wasnt needed.

The figure began to twist, and spin and loop and twirl in mid as as they fell in an incredible dizzying display of out of this world acrobatics which ended with the figure spreading their arms and deploying "wings" on their uniform carefully sown into the fabric under their arms which allowed the figure to land with out injury right in the center of the market, to a crowed of applauding and cheering crowd, both heros and commoners alike.

Many were surprised to find the figure was in fact a female air genasi in fit condition and health, and quite the looker too, her tight form fitting blue and white uniform hugging her body in all the right ways.

Several prominant individuals, namely khazeet, trevor the money changer and several others began shouting a name in admiration and respect, and after a few moments of pondering and mind searching several skilled planes walkers found their mouths agap as they recognised the name.

The female air genasi Zeph Rynn Kocrynn, captain of the Akadis Ascent and legendary pilot has come to Sigil!.

She is quick to tell everyone why she and her crew have come to Sigil.

"Ye see, apparently some crazy planewalkers want to travel in ta the void and land on this rock or such wots hell bent on destruction so they can study the damn thing, such a thing is damn right crazy so someone thought it would be a good idea ta give em a crazy pilot!".

Jall would follow the situation, trying to be present whenever Zeph explains things or meets with others involved to discuss any ideas of plans of sort

[Todays the day when the typically obtuse and often hard to understand elf comes to stand among the consortium. Lithe and slender as typhical, pale skin that gives appearance of being in a cold white light, he came dressed smartly. Intricate silver weave criss crossed into his suit and bow tie, shimmering against the black as night material that seems to absorb light. He pulls out his notes and sets up one star map, before turning to those, any that was willing to listen. This night, usual crimson
red eyes are mismatched, as a ruby and sapphire, fixated on a point beyond his audience.]

To my esteemed colleagues, friends, Brothers and Sisters of various Magi orders, Iv come before you to present my findings, present thoughts and contemplations on various strategic methods on how to deal with our "Massive" Problem.

With the information gained from lectures brought by Atmos and having been a witness at ground zero with the doomed Illia, Iv taken in consideration the mass of the broken shards, estimate of traveling speed through space and placed computations within the interactive star maps within my ship. Set as a monitoring device, Also added in account for celestial bodies that may have impact besides the threatened primes at this time. Minor moons, planetoids, comets, unstable portals.

I ask that anyone that has additional information, they be star watchers, Pilots of other spelljammers or even a travelling space hamster to come forward to merge their maps with mine for a more definitive and complete map. It may lead to more solutions for what some think to be the impossible.

Now. Lets say we narrow our vision of what we desire to do. Of course we want stop this shard of the shattered Illia from destroying primes Luster and Aurelia. When you look at it this way, most sentient species will feel overwhelmed at the task, for its beyond their scope to imagine. Just had the destroyed prime broken, we shall break the problem and solutions down to manageable.

Phase one is knowing thy enemy. Hence a chunk of a planet, our best bet be know what the composition of the elements and using it to our advantage. I suspect all organic mater has been phased out, either from combustion in the Phlogiston of wild space or the molten core turning in on its self. Great deal of rock, metal and earth, then we seek forces that can shatter them. Be it the erosion of time, evocation magics , or transmutation placed in vital points.

I offer my findings of experiment via magic. Looking for a truly destructive force, look toward Mechanus that seems indomitable with composition of metals, living and innert having standing since the plane been formed. Taking a Mechanus Cannon, we can see what it does to anything that stands in its way. Though as it stands, the impact is precise and only covers a small area.

Now introduce of what we know of tremors, produced by earthquakes. A force that can sink civilizations, make scars upon the earth klicks long, make mountains disappear and new land appear.

Now I ask you, have you seen what the magic of sonic does upon solid structures? Smallest utter by specialized magi can break bone in their targets of living subjects to shattering stone as if been thin glass.

Combination of the two produces a Mechanus cannon with energy substitution, we can fire a precise beam at fractal points and fault lines in the huge chunk of earth. Results, if correct, should break the continent sized shard among its natural breaks. Multiple strikes simultaneously and let to reverberate between the points for some time will do more work for us.

An addition, angled in the correct positions and those that understand how trajectories work, such as playing billiards at a simple tarven bar, I offer that shattering it to small pieces will slow its speeding ascent, giving us more time to prepare for stage two.

Stage two consists of how to deal with the more dense material , either altering their course or eliminating them all together.

Between I and my associates, an offer of many solutions and my final input.

*Solution 1: I, myself, not a master of entropic design, but it been put forward to converting energies for natural elements to decay. If theres a geologist present that can enlighten us and discuss that possibility or not, been welcome to the discussion. I myself, do not see decay as a fast enough working environment without extreme resources to speed up the process. Transmuting dense materials to a more malleable or even to flesh, strange as it be, could work but find it not to my own tastes.

*Solution 2: Additional sonic vibration forces, applied to areas in space before the target reaches it. Rattling it around like earth in a planter shifter, turning soil to fine dust. In the event it became dust and smaller rocks, it just become ash from the heat , nothing more then streaks in the night sky for this particular sphere.

*Solution 3: Triangulation of opening natural persistent portals to planes with the falling pieces would become no harm. Be it toward barren scapes in the "Infinite" Abyss, the plane of Earth or such other. Detecting such portals is easy enough with a skilled mage, the test is keeping them open long enough and widening them. Preferable and more doable if there's much interest and those brave of heart to do so.

*Solution 4: Reverse gravity wells, either suspending the objects into a new asteroid field or allowing them to be angled the right direction to become new passing comets. We have the star maps and the ability to assure its path through the sky does not strike another prime (Unless interfered with). The difficulty is the timing, as this requires the rock having close to another planetoid, then using magic to yank it, using momental to sling shot past. Secondary, those attuned with the forces of nature are more apt in control in flow of gravity. How many among us with talents I fear could be few.

*Solution 5: Accomplished with a structural engineer, theres an option of setting up a network of walls of force, designed as a screen. The shards would slam into the wall, breaking apart and allowing non hazardous pieces to pass through and leave just the lumps of metal to stay behind the wall. Intergalactic mining association I could see offering their assistance in setting this up, be it for profit or saving their own homes.

*Solution 5: Anti-Magic zone to destabilize the elements, allowing each to return back back to their respective planes. No known experiments confirmed or concluded. Anyone like to hazard a guess or attempt to toy with this idea, be my guest. Im not responsible for accidental death due vaporization, internal combustion or chocolate desires.

*Solution 6: Planting spelljammer helms, turning the chunks into your own drivable hunk of rock. Helms are capable of controlling great factors of weight, but weather we have resources or the dock to build such things, seems unprobable at best, unless it can be confirmed otherwise.

*Solution 7: Transmutation specialists and shapers, capable of working with earth, rock and metal into another form or substance. Warning for those that wish try this, the materials will be either very hot or very cold and ultimately unpredictable. If theres a metallurgist that could offer some input on this solution, we would all be glad to listen.

*Solution 8: Illusionist specialists working simultaneously with Alter Reality. Those capable of understanding even the subtlest of changes can change the course of destruction. I don't think its possible to alter the past and the travesty of how it came to be of this, and I say this with a heavy heart, but for the present and future their is hope. Just twisting the path of the shards any other direction or to each other . Just who is willing here to sacrifice the requirements to work
the magic? How many years of your life you are willing to cut away to offer the many a chance to live theirs? I'm willing to take the chance, but I guarantee
no promises in the flow of probablites. Any that understand the risks and willing to aid in this resolution, come to me.

*Solution 9: Gate specialists, able to open and design portals, keyed to specific planes. The goal here is to introduce a pure moving breeze from the plane of Ice, One true to capability in freezing even thought into sold. A cold so deep and solid, turning earth, metal, and soil to be one frozen shard. Then a great impact or resonate to shatter it as if no more then fine glass to evaporate. The idea be set up two portals with a passing flow between the two, before the shard passes through.
Several laid in wait even. I believe this to be rather, a simple and cost effective plan, and minimum risk to life.

*Final Solution: Creation of a very destructive force that it makes me tremble and excite thinking of the possibilities, both great and terrible. Parallel Pocket Bomb.

Enchanters able to fashion transcendal dimension spaces know of the rumors, myths and tells of what happens when one is place in another. A powerful feedback that is able
to remove primes, collapse universes, turn magic realms into dead zones and pilithera of other unknown outcomes. We would need a team to work out the exact size of each
pocket, how much damage it could cause and assessment of other factors, and those capable of making such things in precise. Then set it up that upon impact of the shard,
sets the detonation. Dangerous, unpredictable and I would consider this as a last resort.

Now for you of callous heart and dubious nature, or think that this does not matter to you because your not in the path of danger. To the mind, its nearly incomprehensivle to understand what it means for millions of lives to die. The mind just starts accepting large mass amounts of numbers as one entity after a certain point. Lets put it this way. If a solution is not found, some way, some how, this will affect your life. It might be the one person you cared for is decimated in one the primes. It could be your a wealthy merchant with posts scattered across the multi-verse and suddenly find you have no customers. Some primes have altered time flows. Whos to know that your ancestors or descendants are not there. Without a past, you have no future. Wink out of Existence. [He snaps the pale fingers for emphasis]

Those of you that are temporal aware, you know what happens when too many time lines are cut off suddenly. leaves, holes, gaps. Invitations from outside forces and instability.
[Then leaves the rest of those words hanging, taking a moment to recollect his thoughts, then slow dips of his head].

The final rub is, if we have no resolution then its greatly probably of another chain reaction. Wildspace connects all the primes through the flow. Another prime takes a head
on collision, its possible for it to also fracture and travel on. Expanding like the webs of a spiders trap, and each strand a bony finger of death, pointing to you. In time,
it can be your home next.

The final stage is taking into account of every able body capable of manpower and talents and assigning them into teams. Each team can take one these solutions or one of their
own devising, performing the roles they know best.

As a Pilot of a Spelljammer and few tools at my disposal, I offer anyone the use of my star maps and assorted collective data within the sphere this is all taking place. I also willing to take lead of one team, upon my ship, for research, recon and putting one of these solutions to the test.

A thank you for each that will consider this and play a part. Should you desire more like minded people to speak to, I attest that Quinn, professional problem solver will have
an ear for you and my protegee Itzalia, Title None, to help theorize and test magic. Brindas
as well, Healer of the Broken.

- The Phylactery -
Dusky hues of orange and pink painted the sky over the shore of Thalasia with the setting of Elysium's late afternoon sun. The quiet lapping of the waves accompanied crunching footfalls of three figures whom paced a short distance over the sand under the direction of the blonde. Aquamarine gaze scanning the surrounding area, Odette nods and halts on the beach some distance away from the portal, yet in a space that is wide and unobstructed by trees or rocks. Turning to the ruddy tiefling and crimson haired nymph, her gaze weaves over their expressions one at a time.

"This seems like as good a spot as any." she states with a slight gesture of bare, slender fingers to the surrounding area. Those same fingers then drop to casually rest on the hilt of her rapier. Dressed for battle in scaled chain of some sea-beast or another, Odette wasn't going to take any chances in case things went sour. Despite the fact the Nymph had stated such a place would increase her powers of divination, their subject was a questionable one heavy with a vile aura. "I'd like everyone t'have their minds protected a'fore we start, plus any additional wards ye feel would benefit yer safety. Given that there's a possibility that lookin' might attract t'attention of Inferno back at us like a two-way mirror. . . or worse . ." she pauses, glancing between them both to make sure they understood. This thing had been sitting around for far too long already. Having retrieved it from the Doctor earlier that cycle, now was the time for answers. "I want everyone prepared an' protected. Could be nothin', but better t'be sure."

"Vyse, I want yer arrow knocked an' ready iffen ye would." Offering the tiefling a solemn but reassuring smile, the bardess turns her attention onto the Nymph with a query. "Is there anythin' ye need fer the scry, Trissa?"

In the meantime, she proceeds to ward herself with a wand of Protection from Alignment: Evil and hums a specific set of notes that shift on the wind to provide Energy Immunity: Fire to all three present.

The nymph follows along chanting softly under her breath casting several protective wards. Bless, aid, death ward, freedom of movement, spell resistance, true seeing, superior resistance, energy immunity to every type the bardess had not covered. she was not going to leave anything to chance. In addition to these wards she gave of a celestial aura, an aura of courage and an aura of protection from evil.

"I will need to set up a small alter, and consecrate the ground as a precaution" she pulls out a small alter from her many bags of holding that appears to be a large silver bowl upon a stand with ornate flame carvings upon it "If one of you wants to sprinkle this around?" she tosses the pair a bag of silver dust "The Greater scrying its self will take an hour to cast, you will have to ensure i am not bothered in that time, there are several other spells i will also use but they will be much quicker"

she adds a mixture of silver dust and some other materials into the bowl followed by a small chant, as she ignites the materials into a blueish flame "By the power of the silver flame and the Defenders of Sealtiel i consecrate this alter and ground around it"

as the spell is cast she sits in-front of the alter extending her hand up for the object "should something go wrong i will be unable to fight until the spell is concluded but if you fight near this area the enemy will be weaker and you stronger"

The white sand underfoot sang its hushed song as Vyse quietly strode in tow to the spot. The sea spray and fresh air filled the bard's senses, but in a way it only served to make it seem surreal. It was almost like a dream he might start awake from and find himself bleary eyed at his desk in his apartment, alone, staring at a page dotted with ink dots where his words crowded and clogged the tip of his quill. The slight, nagging worry that the distant cry of gulls may swap for the muted falls of hammers in the forges of the Lower Ward, creeping through the window of his home turned willful prison.

In the weeks that followed his finding the phylactery he had shut himself away in the name of safety, treading water just below the surface where he hid from the swarm of angry wasps that followed him home when they went to Illia and kicked the nest. He had popped his head up scarcely, to replenish his dwindling lungful with tiny gasps of the outside world, but it only seemed like he was drowning more slowly.

In truth he felt more than a little barmy. Perhaps the looming menace was only imagined. Perhaps he had fallen for this terrible trick, and given them just what they wanted. After seeing what the zealots had done to Doc Brindas and the refugees at the clinic, he had to take the threat seriously, however. This was it, their best shot. Their only lead. If this yielded some result he wouldn't have to worry at the next knock at his door, or each shadowy alley, or every strange hand in a crowd that could bear a knife. If this worked they could take the fight to them.

With a wary weight furrowing his brow he nodded to Odette's words as he listened. As Trissa began the rite he dug a wand from his belt and tapped it to his chest, followed by a few measures of sung spells, his fingers forming familiar chords at the handle of his bow as he did so. Wards in place, there was the slight tap and sliding sound of a finely finished arrow meeting his dragon bone bow and being nocked in a slow, practiced motion.

Yes, it would've felt very much like a dream if not for the fiendish pump in his chest, clinching like an angry fist. His fingers kneaded and drummed at the bow and arrow as he anticipated the completion of the scrying. He shifted and fidgeted as he remained doggedly attentive, ready to help any way he might be needed. It was going to be a very long hour.

Odette had a habit of being overly focused on a task to the point of extremes, and that was true enough in this instance as with any other. Dedicated to seeing it through, her actions became more measured, her directions more precise and her attention unwavering. It was in these moments others often looked to her, yet she was no leader nor would she put herself on a pedestal above anyone else. She could only make suggestion, and leave people to make their own decisions.

Having taken the bag thrust upon her, the bardess clasps a hand briefly on the tiefling's shoulder in silent support as the other snatches up the pouch. There was much she could say, but she knew he'd heard it all from her before. The gesture would be enough, she hoped.

With that, Odette moves to sprinkle the glimmering particles over the surrounding area with large sweeps of her arm. "Always wanted t'be a pixie." she remarks in jest, attempting to ease concerns if only faintly. Yet, despite her humor being intact, there was a solemness to it's tone.

Upon completion of the silver's distribution, she moves to hand Trissa the pouch. With a slow exhale of breath in preparation, Odette reaches into her satchel and retrieves a small bundle of shattered glass, wrapped in cloth. Her angled jaw tightens slightly as she holds it in her hand, the memories of recollections of events to this point relived in the brevity of flashback - last looks and her body aflame included.

Careful not to lock her knees in place for the duration to come, Odette takes a protective stance at the Nymph's side; having asked the woman to participate, it was only right that the bardess saw to her safety. Lifting her chin, the blonde then makes a quiet exclamation.

"Ye may begin when ye are ready, Miss Trissa."

The nymph grins at the pixie comment, she seemed confident despite the disposition of her companions. After all she was a knight a general back home, her life had been given to fighting such evils and this was nothing but the next threat. If not for the aura and some knowledge of the power these dracoliches held, she might have been just as fearful

"You ready there red?" she never waited for a response simply asking to ensure his mind hadn't wondered to far or to a darker place. The nymph takes the glass into her lap closing her eyes giving her self a moment to adjust to its aura before she starts her chant in draconic.

"sealtiel fethos udoka de levnim, lae wer ibafarshan reveals wer truth fehlim ve jillepse karif vur kous evnek wer evils zara nomeno arcaniss zyak astahii nomag qe purified irsa dout rinov valignatir mitne" (Sealtiel shield us from harm, as the flame reveals the truth grant me vision far and wide reveal the evils behind this magic so they may be purified within your ever burning light.) As the greater scrying is cast the nymphs focus remains upon her magic becoming unaware of whats going on around her

-A Sensational Slaughter-

The newly renovated civic hall got an even bigger make over today after two seeming innocent children entered the premesis and commanded everyone in the foyer to leave which naturally resulted in the children being laughed at.

The sensates gathered realised these two childen meant business as everyone suddenly felt compelled to leave the hall. The compulsion effected everyone but two, two survivors of a world recently destroyed, two people unaware that they were now completely alone against a great enemy.

The people of Sigil no matter what ward they were in, were suddenly aware of a great cacophony of noise coming from the civic hall, massive roars and sounds of battle echoing from within the sensates sanctuary. As heros flocked to the scene, they found their progress into the foyer blocked by an impenatrable field of energy, and a scene of utter chaos and destruction as a swarm of wyverns soared down from the rafters, and in through window to assail the two trapped individuals. When Quinn and Odette managed to stave off the swarm of wverns, the two children revealed their true identity as a pair of shapechanged black dragons, who then launched a frustrated all out attack in an attempt to slay their two lone targets. Those responding to the chaos could do nothing but watch as the two black dragons and the two isolated heros engaged in a very spell binding, devastating battle which ultimately left the heros gravely wounded, the two black dragons dead amongst their wyvern pets, and the newly renovated foyer in complete shambles, statues and pillars broken and debris strewn around the enterence way.

With the dragons dead, the energy barrier vanished and many were finally able to gain entry.

The hall has since been repaired by kind and considerate heros and the united effort of the sensates, the wyvern corpses have been carried away and the two black dragons were quickly dismanteled by heros and sensates alike resulting in a suddenl surge in available black dragon parts....

No one was killed except for the pair of black wyrms and their wyvern pets.

That night the Siren's Song found one extra among its passengers. The worn and tattered shape of a certain sensate factotum lingers, curled up on the sofa, simply too exhausted to return home after the long day. A deep but fitful sleep manages to claim the restless mage til the wee hours of the following cycle.

It had been too much. All of it..The primes. The clinic. The murders. Dragons and distruction. He had told the Justicar everything he could think of about about the situation. No longer certain what to do. Knowing full well this was beyond any of his friends to keep under control. He listened to the man's advisement. It was surprising to hear how seemingly little the triad had heard of what had happened. They would need an army to deal with something of this scale. An army he was told the Harmonium may hold the keys to. Now if only the others involved could be convinced to reach out and speak to them.
