Back and I think this newer rig should be able to handle the game. Stunned, overwhelmed, and humbled with all the changes.
Edit: Met with an error message that said: Player_house_narissa.trx was downloaded successfully but it can't be verified. Please contact the server administrator at beyond_ragnarok@yahoo.co.uk.

I had the same issue, and the method hereby described by DM Mimi solved it for me:

Incidentally, I suggest to operate while offline, otherwise it might still give you issues (thanks for the tip, Mr. O. :))!

Restored. Log in with the ones you want to keep, rest of them will be vanishing again after next reset.

Requesting restoration of all my characters in vault, I'll log in and use each to make it stick if I can get on shortly enough after.
Last time I played was likely 2015---- edit: actually I think I was working with Ceremorph around April 2016, as my PMs have some discussions about stuff, so yes I was here in APRIL/MAY last year too, though I don't know if I got all my characters restored then or was just on test server , had to go on hiatus for a while since. Some of the characters in there...
