yah you can already for man party with you me myself and I. no reaaly be a cleric choose animal domain pick up dino companion and the 2 feats to increase its level by 6 then take 5 wizard and 9 demonoligist. so you end up with Cleric 16/wiz 5/demonologist 9. not sure but it may be possible to go 16 cleric/ 1 wiz/ 4 MT/ 9 Demonoligist this one nets you 9th level summon empowered by Demo a level 22 Dino and a really powerful henchmen... GO forth my powerfull angels and slay the badguys.

That opens up a can of worms where every character has 10 minions following them around.

It need not be 10 slots per person.

Even opening up one more slot would allow those people who have Item based henchmen (not the hired kind, but the DM reward kind) to make use of a really cool reward, and their class abilities. As it those characters have to chose which part of who they are they do not want to be.
