Miranda listens intently to both speakers, the nods to herself before leaning over to whisper in Rhistels ear.

The Speaker calls for attention once more, adressing the crowd in general.
"Honoured members of this council, we all heard the statements of the factions, listened to the opinions of those who represemt Sigil's people."
Looking at Sarin he then continues:
"Factol Harmonium would you please elaborate your Faction's demands so we can prepare for the ballot"
The paladin gets up again, his voice once again filling the room.
"The Harmonium asks this body to sanction the Doomguards for the breach of the Oath.
To this end the Doomguards pay reperations to the other factions of Sigil, totalling two thirds of their wealth.
They lose their weapon trading privileges and the right to vote here in the Hall for one year.
In addition all their weapon trades will be taxed double for the next ten years."
Several other factioneers in the hall murmur and discuss what they heard while the Hardhead sits down again, the Speaker raising his voice again.
"Thank you, Factol Sarin."
"The Doomguard have made their position clear. They wish their comrades held by The Harmonium released, and another Faction to be given charge of guarding the Bazaar. Factols you have two weeks to take advice and consider your position on the matter before choosing one of these two resolutions."
Bringing his hammer down on the table he then proclaims:
"This body will meet again in two weeks- session adjourned!"
(( And now it is up to you guys to plan and forge alliances, approach Factols and fellow factioneers. Have fun!))

Those near Morthos (or with good listening skills) hear him mutter, "That's a steep price for something that was equally the fault of both groups." He rolls his eyes after saying this.

There were confused murmurs from the Sensates at drow's outburst. Midway through Ea'raldor's second sentence, the Speaker interrupted him.
"The matters of the veracity of the Triad claims, and the sanctions against the Doomguard are already closed."
The Speaker addressed the assembly - "I wish to remind the Council that each faction gets one statement, and the matter at hand is the proposed sanctions against the Harmonium."
He then turned to the Sensates. "Please keep your factioneers in order."
Factol Montgomery answered - "It is a little over-enthusiasm. He is not our spokesman."

The random Sensate outburst only seems to entertain the Fated Factor even more.
Clearly that must have been one of the Sensates who were on drugs during the first part of the meeting.
"And then I thought that with the Xaos being so quiet this session was going to be boring," he mutters to himself, straightening up on the chair before directing his attention to the podium again to see if anyone wanted to speak.
