Maelfina returns to the House carrying a badly wounded blue Erinyes, an arrow having been plucked from her chest earlier that evening. A note is left with Huntress not to harm this one, at least just yet. The new "guest" is left to recuperate after healing is administered in the Mistress' chambers, albeit in chains.

*The House of Six Fingers begins to return to some semblance of normalcy in the week or so following the raid. Increased security and new dancers keep customers flowing in...but those close to the charismatic Mistress of the House note a dark cloud of brooding hanging over her, as she plots and plans near incessantly. For what? Most sods are in the dark, but many of her employees believe she works to rescue her stolen lasses*

wrote:*Things begin to return to some degree of normalcy at the House of Six Fingers. The extra mercs, alive and dead, who had reinforced the position were gone by the night after the invasion, though no dusties were seen carting them off, or tending to them. The atmosphere within the House is one of palpable celebration as the rescued girls are welcomed home, wine and ale and all sorts of best left unmentioned drinks flow into cups and a great feast is prepared for all patrons and staff alike.

The lasses rescued aren't liable to forget very soon, if ever, the horrors they witnessed aboard the Aegis, but for now...surrounded by revelers and their lives snatched from the jaws of terror and misery by the Mistress Maelfina once again, life is good.

Off to the side, a little removed from the celebrations, Maelfina chats quietly with a golden-skinned woman with feathered wings, seeming a bit out of place in the surroundings, perhaps offering her condolences for the losses sustained by the Eladrin.*
*Well after closing time, various contracted laborers can be seen milling in and out of the House from the streets. Chant from some of the workers says that some new bit of construction and renovation is going on in the basement of the complex. While its purpose is unknown and begs a cutter's curiosity, most aren't too worried or interested, seeing as business is booming and most sods probably have better things to pay attention to.*

Workmen within the Great Foundry toil alongside artists and sculptors to help fashion Maelfina's latest creation. The beautiful and well-known Measure of the Harmonium, Chari, is employed as model while a crew of artisans craft smithing molds in the likeness of various portions of her anatomy. With each of the interlocking pieces completed and the Nishrek iron cast into the molds, the parts are sent along to Namer Vara Jornia for assemblage and enchantment.

Meanwhile, sculptors work at carving out peculiarly designed niches into the iron shell of the House of Six Fingers.

Meanwhile, having been notified of the recent troubles of the Harmonium by a few of her law-enforcement chums, Maelfina spends long hours reviewing the information gathered by her surveillance measures within the House, looking for any clues or useful tidbits of information pertinent to the ongoing investigation

She wouldnt have found anything of great value, Anarchists were as crafty as Maelfina herself, buggers had a habbit of 'knowing' they were going to be followed in a scenerio like this.
Who ever it was covered their tracks well though, with only very niche bits of evidence, signs of high quality explosives being used in the broken Warehouse before the Hardhead investgiators could arrive to stop any further sight-seeing were present.
There was also the noticable marking of an Anarchist emblem, but this one was very intricate and complex, Anarchists had their own cells but this one seemed very advanced, almost symbolic as if to suggest someone of high ranking calibur amoung the Anarchists themselves.
The symbol was exactly akin to the standard Anarchist logo on the odd-day that some berks from the cells were showing off their patriotism, but it had far more inlaid shapes, runic carvings and the marking of something that had a Sigilian style to it, yet seemed just about shaped like a pair of wings under the logo flying free and upwards like an arrow head, almost symbolising an advance.
Nothing else of value could be found, magical wards seemed to be thick in the area and by the time they were removed, anything that would have been there was long gone.

*Those frequenting the establishment might note the growing frequency with which the captains of the up and coming luxury cargo and passenger business move in and out of the House. Some more crass sods point to the beautiful redhead's obvious assets and liking for revealing clothing as the primary cause of this phenomena, while some of the more shrewd bloods might surmise that the Mistress' business empire is once more expanding.*
