The problem is, guys, you two do it all the time. Everyone see's your chars and simply avoids you. I see people enter the market, see that you're there and then simply leave the market. Why? They don't want to deal with you. They feel all you're going to add to the RP of the area is 'I'm Evil! Fight Me!'... and it grows old.

If people area actively avoiding you, ooc, in the most public areas of the server... the problem is with you.

You need to re-evaluate how you interact with the players of this mod. I'm not going to have player driven away simply due to the aggressive RP of two players. Your constant drive for PvP, whether within the rules or not, is hampering the fun of many others. It needs to be toned down... a lot.

I mean ..it's ..kinda dumb when some one goes out of there way to Erk some one ICly and then go "Can't hurt me, bazaar godmode activate" If you ...i dunno make fun of a Thousand year old Tanar'ri and you're some berk, well...you're going to have a bad time.
You don't need PvP to RP using violence on someone. In fact, it often makes for cooler scenes to RP everything out. Anything has gotten into a few bazaar fights. Bazaar doesn't make you invincible, just makes it so you can't do mechanical PvP. There's a difference.

I do have to ask though, would an Illithid Planeswalker do that? What I mean is, a Planeswalker (regardless of race) is already different and likely would grow beyond the stereotypical.
Roaming Planes for slaves is not reasonable? :)

Then there's the Vampires, Lichs, and other Undead that are almost exclusively Evil... A ton of Monstrous Races that are normally Evil, and then there's the regular run of the mill PCs who are just evil regardless of race.

Frankly, I'm not worried about us ever having a lack of Evil characters. :P
Name me one Fiend, who truly roleplays evil alignment. I saw no one. Everyone of them is chatty and friendly, getting drunk at Khazeet's with another Celestial Chick #720. The only evils I saw, aside from myself and Leoric's characters, are Vizier, his Death Knight and Goreclaw. Others either are "sneaky type" or not roleplaying character sheet.
Also, I created separate thread for discussion about evil characters. This one's theme specifically covers PvP aspect.

I am still waiting. I am (along with other players) being accused in VIOLATION OF THE SERVER RULES. It is not something that you can throw on a whim. If I am not violating anything, then no one has right to me threatening me with a ban or any other thing.

For all the time, NO ONE of the DM team contacted me. Just no one told me that I am being reported (only one person did, but it is not a DM). No one from the player base contacted me. No one told me that they do not like my playstile (this thread does not count :P )

That one's actually pretty simple to answer. Most of those fiends don't stick around, and half of them basically act like bimbos. Seriously, I'm willing to bet that most of the Fiends are succubi/incubi. And of those, very few engage in acts more evil than "I tricked such & such into sleeping with me, because a (insert typically good race) would never sleep with a Fiend. Aren't I such a corrupter?!". Now, that's fine to RP, but that's not really evil. That's just morally ambiguous. Very few of the evil players actively work to subvert good or neutral things.

Absolutely agreed. There is just no evil RP here at all. Apart from all these PvP events, but only because there is absolutely no other way here to roleplay evil PC. I tried, it ends in PvP if you play truly evil and for example betray your party at the middle of combat just watching them die.

Illithids who enslave others unwillingly get smashed to bits relatively quickly in Sigil. People have this idea that just because an Illithid or Dragon or Demon or whatever else would get away with some behavior on a Prime, that somehow that means they would - AND therefore can - get away with the same behavior in Sigil. If your PC is trying to enslave others in Undersigil, then logic dictates that your PC is a criminal and would probably be taken down by some Mercykillers Justicar.
Then kill him. No one is stopping mercykillers. I would like even agree on KoS, but no one even tries to roleplay the consequences, apart from 'Arrive at Bazaar once more and get permad' & 'PvP once more and get ban', while I am not even violating server rules.
I think the problem is you made the character specifically to look for problems. There is exactly zero chance the character was made for anything other than provoking and participating in CvC.

If you wanted to make a slaver and build a business of slaving you would have attracted some players wanting to play slaves and they would have made bait characters for you to catch or premade slaves you could sell to the highest bidder. This is what someone looking to play a -slaver- does.

Someone looking for CvC might make a slaver but instead of looking for people that want that game you went looking for people to fight with and gave a lame exuse like 'I made a slaver, just looking for victims'

No one is going to fall for it, and you just end up looking like a troll rather than someone interested in RPing evil.

Other voices have spoken up and said Sigil favors the goodies, and I think the DM events -do- favor the goodies but making a slaver and fighting players instead of attracting them to play with you is increasing that rather than solving it.

This is why one of the DMs went out of their way to post that if you made a character just to look for CvC then you are not on the right server. It isnt about you handling the specifics of CvC encounters incorrectly, the problem is that you are handling the notion of CvC incorrectly.

I see a nice Evil RP thread if you wish to go deep in to the 'evil pc roleplay' problem. This thread purpose is that fair players are being accused in server rules violation.

Again, stop telling that PvP is bad. PvP is good if consented. If I would like to ask about if players like how I am playing my PC, I will create separate topic for that, or ask for a Personal Message.

This one is about 'rule violation' only, and about the players who are being illegally accused in that and threatened by a ban.

To be frank, it can be assumed that most level 3s are either Clueless or new to Sigil (which is basically the same outcome). They may know what an Illithid is, but here's the thing. You're obviously higher level than some newbie character. Is it really fair play to be like, "Hey, do you consent to PvP?" without stating that your Illithid is pretty much guaranteed to send them to the morgue? No wonder you get reports.
PvP can be fun, but absolutely no one is going to enjoy it if they die in one hit. That's basically griefing the newbies.
I am always doing OOC res if I kill someone with coins/scrolls. Yeah, I am spending gold on that.

And what? You just throw a report because you agreed to PvP? Dont you find it pretty weird? No need to accept doing something dangerous if you do not know the consequences. And I doubt that 'new' players reported me. Only old ones did that after accepting the PVP and getting killed.
