((Sincere apologies for the delay - what I had expected to be a weekend blew up rather spectacularly in my face due to personal stuff ><))
Jingo scoffs at the request "You expect me ta go unarmed when all you bashers got wepons? No dice. I'll leave it sheathed, an' yer can take a shot if I so much as reach fer it, deal?" She folds her arms across her chest, grinning in her cowl as she says; "Now, yon beggar said yer might have somethin' I'm after. Mebeh we could talk abaht that, aye? Cuz I'm gettin' real bored o' standin' 'ere waitin' tah see if that were true, or if yer just thugs that like tah lure outta towners inta alleys and nick their stuff. I think I've made me position on the latter pretty damn clear."

\\np, it happens.\\
For a long moment the man with the short swords says nothing, looking at Jingo with a blank expression. The crossbowmen begin shifting uncomfortably and looking at each other nervously. One of them raises his crossbow and looks as if he is going to fire when the one in charge holds up his hand and lets out a burst of laughter.
"Yes...I can see that you're an "out-of-towner" now. Allow me to introduce myself. I am called Raftis. I represent some certain individuals of power in the city. You'll have to forgive my men for grabbing you. It is common procedure in this city to secure any wizard's hands to prevent them from using their magic unfairly. My men didn't realize you were skilled with both blade and spell. Those who wield the blade tend to have a bit harsher reactions to being grabbed."
The man motions to the crossbowmen on his left who lowers his crossbow, which then dangles from a cord secured to the armor on his chest. The man turns and moves to back door of one of the nearby shops, slapping out a pattern of knocks on the door. A long metal on metal screech is heard, then the door slides inwards and the man reaches in, producing first a small pouch which he turns and throws to his boss, then two wooden chairs which he moves and sets up next to Raftis and Jingo.
Settling into his chair and opening the pouch to produce a pipe which he begins packing with a reddish substance from the pouch. Lighting the pipe he looks at Jingo.
"Now then, let's get down to business shall we? What do you need?"

Jingo does not lower her cowl, but sits quite at ease, arms crossed over her chest, one leg swung mannishly over the other.
"Fergettin' fer a moment that I were told you lot knew by yer man outside, less' say if a ini'vidual were lookin' fer likeminded members 'o a...clubthat ain't too popular wi' them that don't understand... where would that ini'vidual go?"

Raftis folds his arms across his chest, smiling at Jingo a little too calmly.
"My dear, my associates and I are experts in procurement. We can find anyone or anything you need. If the price is right, of course. You'll have to be quite specific regarding who you are seeking, if you want our aid."
His expression is more than a little smug at this point.

Clenching her teeth at the patronising tone, especially at being referred to as "my dear", Jingo leans forward. She hates talking and longs to punch this smug bastard squarely in the snout, but restrains her temper.
"I am lookin' fer a group o' people 'at share me beliefs in th' deity known as Th' Reaper. Rumor 'as got me this far, but yer have ta understand 'at alot 'o folk don't take too kindly on people'a my faith. Now, I'm in a strange port far from home, an' I'm startin' ta get a mite irritated at bein' messed around..."

Raftis blanches and takes an involuntary step backwards before composing himself and bowing slightly.
"My apologies mistress. I did not realize you were in the service of the Bringer of--"
Raftis stops suddenly as the crossbowmen on his right raises his weapon and brings it to bear on Jingo. Before the man can squeeze the release, Raftis's blade flashes across, taking his throat and his life.
"My apologies again mistress. This man's brother was taken by..."
Raftis has knelt by his friend's corpse and looks back at Jingo, his eyes simmering with fear and hate. Pulling out a cloth, he wipes his blade and puts it away.
"You'll find what you seek in an old inn near the north end of the docks. It used to have a name, but the signs have all been taken down. We all know where your friends take ours."
Raftis stands and nods slightly to the other crossbowmen who walk to the door the thief had earlier knocked on. The door groans again as it opens and the crew begins to file inside. Once all are in, the door closes with a decidedly final thud.

In her hood, Jingo raises an eyebrow at the obvious fear generated by the mere mention of the cult. as the door closes behind them, she whispers to herself, knowing Chardon is watching from the Ethereal Plane;
"Yeh don't mess abaht when yer make enemies, do yer boss?"
Jingo spends the rest of the daylight hours moving from one bar to the other, drinking ginger beer and listening for any useful gossip. As night falls, she heads to the north end of the docks, looking for the building Raftis had mentioned.

Jiingo learns no gossip particularly useful to her mission, unless she specifically asks about Nerull or the target building. ((Let me know if she did)) As night falls and Jingo makes her way towards the docks she sees sections of warehouses with taverns and small shops servicing various ships docked there. It's a typical dock street; dirty and loud, even at a late hour.
The inn Raftis mentioned is not hard to find. The two story building looks as though it has been expanded several times, likely by different owners. What started as a small establishment has become a sprawling building, built back into a hillside. Overall the building is in remarkably good repair for it's age. The shutters covering the windows are closed and cover the windows fully, with both floors covered. The only other entries include the front door, a servant's entry in the rear and a side hatch leading to a basement, most likely designed to bring in supplies.
