Ore, ingots, leather, alchemical supplies, potions, enchanted weapons for disenchanting, and lots of weightless stuffLadyLightning,Aug 21 2015 wrote: I must be weird then. I don't loot anything in Elder Scrolls games unless its value is at least 10x its weight, or I'm going to ~use~ the item in question.
This means:
weapons and armor are trash, unless they're upgrades or, in skyrim, have an enchantment I need.
certain weapon types, like daggers, are okay to loot.
certain armor pieces, like helmets, are okay to loot.
gems, scrolls, potions and jewelry are amazing.
soul gems are especially amazing, as they can be filled with souls to inflate their value.
Problem in ESO is that everything usable for any crafting (also cooking in ESO, so is one more than the previous games) have like 50 times as many types of components, and so many recipes... so even if I spend time to try use up most components to train crafting, I'm stuck with some left over of almost everything, and the item limits in ESO are on type, not weight... so 50 different armours take the same space as 50 flowers (one of each kind).
Also, almost everyone I know in Skyrim collects something... be it pillows or skulls or whatever :P just because...
