The ghoul protects them both, keeps away curious eyes while they perform their grisly task. Brogar has to act quickly to extract what he needs, has to work while the pale master slowly turns the fresh, mutilated corpse into an undead creature.

It is not easy as Brogar is no surgeon and also the timing is very important but he manages to get a small sample of what he needs- but probably more is needed for the full device. Nevertheless this amount could still be used to test the procedure.
