You people think this is some kind of weird human court? You've got a beholderkin as the judge, you should all thank your lucky stars that he doesn't disintegrate everyone who's out of order and get on with it. :whip:

Under consideration.

I was always in favour of a Kangaroo court anyway. <_<

Just releasing Hildmor really isn't very IC thing to do either ;) too many charges, some which were moved away from current court as well, too much controversiality in the court (like say letting defense [accused of corruption and bribing] to decide prosecution to prosecute themselves, no taking that back anymore! ;) ). And wanting to quit when one has had their say and seem badass is kinda bad form especially when most other PCs haven't even had their say yet which would highly likely deem him guilty...

I understand your character is unplayable currently, but also I know you have 3 other characters to use and take as opportunity to play them.

((I am not OOCing this but due to our judge only able to produce one or two responses per day, even if things will be orderly from this point on, it might just take another week. Thus, I propose this:

1)The prosecutor(Likely a DM) posts ALL their evidence(Including McStickley and Khazeet stuff, the discussion on them had not been finished) together with PC testimonies in one entry, as well as his statements about said testimonies and evidence.
2)After that, defense may bring forth their own arguements and cross-examination. That is also done in one post, unless responses of PC witnesses provoke more questions.
3)Judge asks further question if there are any.
4)Closing statements of both sides if needed.
5)Verdict.

Then they should continue before the defence lays out their case.

Nope, just too busy to deal with prosecution and Mr_O's char is out of it as well.

So, unless another DM steps in, then no prosecution for the moment.

So defence should lay out their case, and ill try and pick up the prosecution later.
