ayase holds her eyes on ramal, keeping the donkey at bay if needs be. then looks to her ''companions''
''well, seems we have a few options to pick from, ''my merry fellows''. of course, when i'm on a task i tend to give priority to that...'' *says to the two, leaving the conclusion open*
she then tilts head, as if recalling something, and looks again to ramal
''what was your last message sent to yanek about?''

The priest listens to Hasclaan and smiles.
"The temple has stood here longer than the city which grew up around it. It was built here upon the decree of Heironeous himself long before the world was as it is now. It has faced many dark days in the past and prevailed and I have no doubt it shall endure this time as well.
Our military leaders are at the keep, if you need to speak with them and it is urgent I can send word that you are coming."

Ramal laughs at the question.
"I sent a message to tell him I had arrived here, after that I got terribly carried away and have not been in touch since."

Dorian asks Ramal - "Have you located the source of the pull? At least a general location?"

Hasclaan is not surprised to see the Doomguards here- he has expected their coming.
But he is busy and they are not for him to deal with so he rushes past them and hurries through the city towards the citadel. Of course he keeps his eyes open. Watching the people, the soldiers, what he can see of the city's defenses.

Mauic hurries with his Doomguard fellows. If he was eager to find the answers he showed Little revealing that. He knew the familiar sensation all to well. He hasn't lost focus of drawing an inly map. Finding the object of their search was only a matter of when it choose to be found.

The priest nods to Hasclaan's words.
"I can show you there right now."
The two of them leave the temple and head through the garden and the grounds as they do they are confronted with a familiar sight.
The doomguard for their part find the temple easily and as long as they keep heading towards it heading through the maze of city streets is not difficult. They too see the early onset of disease and the starving people in the streets.
As the three of them approach the temple grounds they pass the guvner they met at the gates, in the company of one of the priests heading in the opposite direction.
