After taking the next set of notes it is Hasclaan who stands up, clasps his hands behind his back, looks at every single one of the other factioneers as he introduces himself.

"Greetings, I am Hasclaan Guunt, an Administrator of the Fraternty of Order.

Let me sketch you my faction's role in the cage with just a few words:

Laws rule over everything. We gather those laws, understand them and by doing so are able to use them for our own power.

We maintain the city courts and many among us work as lawyers, judges or prosecutors but most of us are mere clerks or researchers.

Together with the Harmonium and Mercykillers we form the Triad of law, with the Fraternity being the link between the other two factions.

Laws and rules are not something that can be understood easily and we are here to help in the case misunderstandings arise.

The statements of some of the honoured previous speakers showed that some misunderstandings already surfaced and in time I will adress them."

He looks over at the Sinkers at this- then glances over the others again before going on.

"In time I say as now is not the right moment for discussion- there is a time for opening statements and a time for... replies."

This bit was directed at the Mercykillers, Doomguards and Dustmen mostly, the last bit for the Xao- then he adresses all of the factions in his closing statement.

"I took this as an example of what my faction believes in- structure in everything, a sequence of actions that follows rules and leads to the expected result- which is that you will have plenty of time to discuss, to represent your faction through your words and example- if you bring honour or shame, it will be determined by your actions only."

Giving a small bow he sits down again.

"Oi mister Rules, are you trying to say that I somehow understood "don't interrupt" incorrectly, or are you just trying to cover your own butts for not clarifying things properly to begin with?" Insufferable as ever, and she grins "Oh right, making notes! Being important." exaggerated motion of making notes, really she's just drawing. Finally making a paper "plane" out of the said parchment and throws it at Sasha. Providing only a wide grin if glanced at no matter how disdainfully.

Glances over at her with a rather neutral expression, adds another note.

Sasha was about to raise her hand and say something, but gets completely distracted trying to catch the incoming paper airplane instead. She opens the note, looks at it, and giggles.

Kala simply looked at Garen, and gave him a faint smile followed by an annoyed shrug, but she didn't seemed to wish to speak yet.

Choit laughs heartily at the on going complaints "BHAHAHA, so much trouble, no rules broken and everyones butts clenching. And I am admirably controlled. Guys guys, you make this too easy. He-" points at Garen "said "Don't interrupt"" making an impression of the guvner "-which I might add is distictly different from mere responding. This meeting's going to be FUN with this hostility"

Charae shifted in her seat, fiddling with a pen over her notepad. She didn't respond to the Xaos or gestures from others; she waited for the next speaker.

Ra stands up from his seat, rolling his eyes.

"It seems so far this meeting has had lil' more than a piss throwin' contest, so 'bout time we got serious now, ladies and gentlemen, we're here for a reason: we have a duty to perform for this fine city, and we hold a lot of responsibility in our hands. So 'bout time we started acting like grown ups and take responsibility, aye?"

He glances at everyone present, scanning their reactions, before continuing.

"As Factor of the Fated, I came to this meeting in the hopes tha' we can perhaps remind the fine citizens of this city tha' taxes are not somethin' the Takers made up, but are actively used in the upkeeping of this city. We would also like to make sure tha' tax evasion is just as much o' a punishable offense as every other crime commited against the Cage. That is all I 'ave fer an openin'."

The big drow then sat down, waiting for the inevitable replies.

Azor waits for Ra'zeth to finish, then holds up a hand to respond.

"What Mauric said was serious as can be, Ra'zeth. Your own position is secure because there are none trying to steal the Takers duties for themselves, and an integral role it is you hold in Sigil."

He stood to adress the assembly at large.

"We, on the other hand, have been relegated to merely producing armaments where we were once the watchmen of sigil and did our task well. If we allow our only remaining duty to be unjustly stolen from us, then we are no longer a faction. And if we are no longer a faction with a role to uphold here, we can only turn fully to the spreading of our philosophy in it's stead."

Kala looked in Azor direction.

"Are you implying a threat ?"

She then patiently waited for him to explain.
