A certain Fey scrying over the general area sees the would be assistance, from a good and safe distance. Eager to see if they're open minded enough to not kill her on sight, Tess makes note of their intended path; a plan to make a distant appearance if the opportunity arises.
*Dace and Chari are both discreetly informed of her watching, via a message spell; in case the visitors are keen to her observation and question*

Although the very human (if mixed in blood) warlock has -plenty- to say to the high and mighty elf, he keeps such comments to himself, instead turning to lead the group back towards the Ladies Ward, keeping Sasha by his side and nodding in greeting to the reinforced escort by Measure Chari. Tess's Sending further reinforced just how many eyes were on the scene, making him all the more glad for the combined escort.
The group is led into the upscale Ladies Ward, and towards a place the fey themselves would likely find a bit more accommodating and friendly than others in the Cage; the recently opened Three Dragons Inn.
He greets Trissa and Aleis with a friendly smirk. "Couldn't find a druid. You're both the next best stops. And we're still owed a lunch break here!"
He lets the two owners greet and either welcome in or refuse their guests, ordering the Mercykiller escort to keep on the outside and remain vigilant.

Aleis had come to greet the group as soon as they had entered the establishment with a degree of excitement that was now quite usual for her. She was nearly skipping as she walked towards the entrance and had a joyful countenance to her voice. "Hello! This is certainly a surprise!" Aleis granted the large Summer Knight a smile before respectfully addressing him directly. "It's always a pleasure to be the host of Seelie. I'm Aleis, please let me know if there is anything I can do to help!"
Now addressing the group as a whole, "This is all a bit short notice but the reserved room should be able to seat everyone and I can have wine brought up from the cellar immediately."

Chari mostly remains in the back as she listens to coversation. Once at the three dragons, most the troops stay outside (she reminds the harmonium to behave themselves) while she and three others peel off from the group.
One stands by the door once they enter.

The escorts warriors wait outside with the other factions and the large dragon shrinks to the size of a small familiar. The elf does seem to visibly relax at the almost natural feel of The Three Dragons, His eyes fix onto the new fey "It is no summer palace, But it will do" He dips his head to Aleis, and greet the others as they also enter "I am Ohtar The Dragon Knight and this is Vynnetia, We are glad to have been received well. I hear some of my kin have not been so lucky"

*The scrying will not enter The Three Dragons, but will remain fixed over the exterior guests*

A certain frosty witch lies curled up in the storage room upon her cryssalis: a half-shell made of ice, and all that remains of how literally she took certain suggestions about her transformation. She had no idea there were to be visitors, but at the sound of so many people at the front door, she awakens, soon to emerge into the common room, blearily rubbing sleep and crumbling ice alike from her eyelashes.
"Mn-ngh... 'tis the grand opening already? So many... and Harmonica..."
The witch stays on the other side of the room from Chari and her guards, and otherwise remains quite passive unless spoken to.

After she enters, Chari and the two Harmonium with her give the inn a good, long, and hard look over making sure there are no suspicious individuals lurking around. After that, she waits for the delegation to get seated

Having talked to Tess, Naahma Thel has offered to help in any way possible.
"Walking out of the laboratory she sends out her homunculi to scout all wards of the city and to report to her if any snow shall fall, she then digs deep into any research that Tess has provided trying to catch up."

Aleis lead the Mercykillers and the Summer Delegation into the restaurant-proper while replying to the Summer Knight, "Well met, Ohtar, Vynnetia." Her smile faded into a frown for a moment as she considered the actions against the Fey in Sigil. "It's unfortunately true, many people are ignorant and do not understand that the intents of the Pale Prince are not illustrative of all Fey."
She gestured towards the interior before adding, "If you could all follow me, I can take you to where we may continue this conversation in private." The Killoren began to guide the group past the many tables and chairs, plants and trees, and one very distracting fish tank and into the restaurant's reserved room. The long table was already set with a number of plates and glasses and enough chairs to hopefully seat the entire group.
