"Good Morning Ladies... it is good to see you both found the time to join me.", the Half Orc greets them as they enter a small room at the Barrack's dungeon level, the gestures at the chairs on the nearby table.

There are three, side by side at the long table, facing the second door on the opposite side of the room.

Hograth wears his uniform this time, the red armour polished, showing both the crest of the Harmonium and his own Dragon Claw.

His helmet rests on the table in front of the middle chair, a folder with notes and the results (if any yet) the inspection of the documents they found gave is on the table as well as are severel sheets of paper and some quills and inkpots.

There is also a small jar with water and four cups.

"Please sit down. The guards will bring Sir Loke soon."

The door behind them is locked by the guards waiting outside as soon as they entered and indeed after only a few minutes later the other door opens and Sire Loke is lead inside by two Harmonium guards.

After about an hour of waiting, Sir Loke enters the cell along with another man who insists that the manacles are to tight, the food his client is being feed isn't feed for a street urchin and that the Harmonium give Loke the respect as required by his station.

Loke himself has seen better days as he gives the room a good look over as he takes a seat opposite the four and settles in. He has bags under his eyes and he seems smaller than usual, it seems Loke hasn't taken kindly to his incarceration. The complaining man takes a seat beside his client and before anyone is able to introduce themselves he speaks first
.

"Hello, I am Makii Shepard and i am Sir Kenneth Loke's lawyer. As you can see, Sir Loke's health is declining in these conditions so I would like to request that he be transferred to more comfortable surroundings and feed proper food. Aside from that, a pleasure to meet you all. All questions should be directed towards me and I will answer on my clients behalf, minus those questions he wish to answer on his own, with my counsel. He gives everyone present a polite nod and wave .

Lucia walks to her seat in her reddish armor and puts the stack of notes on the table. She felt bile in her throat as the pompous lawyer made his preamble.

In her hardest and iciest voice, she addressed the lawyer.

"Mr. Shepard, I am Notary Lucia Lyricia. As a matter of protocol, I would like you to show us your faction badge and your credentials as a practitioner of the law before we begin our questioning."

Caterina smiles to both Locke and Shepard. Her own Fraternity faction badge she places on the table. She waits for Lucia's question before she speaks herself.

"Mister Shepard I am Caterin Arnders I will be prosecuting this case. Allow me to address your concern regarding your client's condition. Your client along with a number of other things stands accused of membership of the Revolutionary League. As I am sure you are aware this is a captial offence and bail is not granted to those facing the death penalty as they are a flight risk."

She pauses and lets this sink in.

"A guilty plea entered on behalf of your client and full cooperation with this and another Harmonium investigation he is involved in would allow a death sentence to be comuted to life and may also raise the prospect of bail."

Hograth stays silent for now, ignoring the lawyer and instead seizing up Sir Loke with a calm steady gaze.

He does see no need to introduce himself to the lawyer as he knows if that one is even worth only half the money he probably gets he should have made his homework- which includes researching the names of the officers investigating this case.

Yet he sits not idly, he opens the folder, prepares a new page and a quill- then waits for the answers.

Off duty Harmonium volunteers, many more of whom had to be turned away, completed the task of cleaning out the burned areas before the next cycle started. Now, a dozen or so hardheads with some experience as craftsmen watched silently as dabus swooped and swarmed over the damaged walls, doors, and bars with a hypnotic efficiency.

Shortly, it became clear that their skills would not be needed. Reluctantly, first in ones and twos, but then in larger numbers, the crowd of Harmonium dispersed, leaving the dabus to do their work without witnesses.

"Best not to appear too interested in the handmaidens," one muttered under his breath as he removed his carpenter's belt and marched back down the long hallway.

Hograth nods to Cat, takes his seat again, listens, camly opening his folder, presenting the necessary papers for an immediate transfer of Loke to the Mercykiller's gentle care.

"Also I need to inform you that as soon this interview ends Sir Loke will be transferred to the prison for... questioning. Of course you are free to present your papers to the mercykillers in charge."

He pauses.

"However if he cooperates we might be able to find a way to make this procedure.. unnecessary.

And please... Notary Lyricia. There is no need for violence or threats."

/// Sorry... looks like we were on top of each other.
Lucia lowers her crossbow, and unloads the bolt.

"With all due respect, sir... I have no idea whether this gentleman is actually authorized to actually represent clients. He has not shown any credentials, and instead has gone on his tirade."

Lucia then returns to her seat and lets Hograth and Caterina continue.
