The Chant:Several battles broke out all over the Bazaar today as shadows and winter fey locked in deadly battle with one and another. No one is sure who the shadows are or why they battle the winter fey however the harmonium suffered a great many casualty's in order to control the situation. There are some rumors suggesting the fey forces came from under Sigil.

The Harmonium Dragon Junathoraxus begins to inquire around Sigil for experts on Fey and Shadow creatures for any information on the recent attacks and any knowledge for why the two groups would be clashing.

He begins to advertise widely an effort to organize volunteers to venture into the Undersigil under the Harmonium's banner to confront any threat.

Another conflict between shadows and winter fey breaks out today the shadows and majority of the winter fey are dispatched by planeswalkers rather then each others hands, several of the winter fey however are allowed to escape. There are rumors the escaped winter fey have offered any of Sigils planewalkers both power and wealth if they join the fey army. Those interested should step into the frozen waters of brux's waterfall.

Passive through almost the entirety of fight, No.53, or as he introduced himself as "Nathan", took little interest in the conflict or suffering of innocent. There was nothing to gain out of it all. Finally a half-arsed effort to assist against a shadow dragon, small as it was, and the remnants of Fey... only because they attacked him as well.

Finally only one remained. In duel she beat two. Then asked if anyone else wanted to wedge in. No one did. She made an offer, an offer only "Nathan" did not refuse. Before everyone, unashamed to take the offer of power and wealth. And a bag of gold in advance.

In his mind, a natural thing to do. Others too afraid to admit in fear of incarceration.

A letter is sent to the prisons addressed to Factor Dace Andor:

Factor Andor,
As you are undoubtedly already aware there was another attack conducted on the bazaar this evening by the forces of the Pale Prince and some shadowy secondary forces.  I am writing to you now to inform you that one of the survivors from the Pale Prince's forces was offering monetary dispensations and the promise of personal power to entice unknowing bystanders to make themselves one of their number.  Such individuals were told to step into the waterfall a distance away from the Clerk's Ward portal to Brux.

It goes without saying that any individual with such mercenary dispositions would find themselves more enemies than friends, but I have no doubt the ignorant and uninformed will not understand that their promises are false.  Your reach and influence far exceeds my own and I trust your judgement in matters concerning Sigil proper.  That said, I would recommend continuing to monitor the known portals to Brux and, if possible to secure, the area around the waterfall.

I hope that this information assists you in bringing justice to those who would threaten the safety and security of Sigil.

Aleis also passes this information on to the Seelie Delegation within Sigil assuming they find themselves within The Three Dragons or if she can meet with them at any point in the next few cycles. If they cannot be found she would instead pass the information along to the Seelie Court outside of the city personally.
