Mainly bugfixes in this release:

SIGIS Edition date should now be correct when you buy a new copy.
Barbarian Ancestral Weapon should now disappear on rest.
Tested properly this time - Quest givers should only take 1 item. If this doesn't work, i'm going to live in a cave.
Githyanki Fighters and Illusionists have had their XP slightly lowered.
Githyanki Knights have had Contagion BG ability removed - because its crap.
Githyanki fortress spawns should be back
Githyanki traps should now all set correctly on chests. In other words, take more care, its all nastier now.
Placeable Alchemist workbench looks like an alchemist workbench (had enchantment workbench appearance)
Placeable Enchanter workbench now can be used as a real enchanting workbench
