These will take effect after next server reset.
Tarion and a couple of other NPCs who were inadvertently removed from the bazaar will be restored.
More aggressive clean up scripts will take affect. This means if you jump out of an area to rebuff, by the time you get back monsters will be gone and you will have to wait for their regular respawn timer to kick in.
Both changes are temporary for the moment to see their effect on performance.
