Darks in the city about a secret sect within the walls of Sigil circulates in the streets through silent whispers. A number of disapearances and theories about the involvment of several figeures dressed in a red robes and hoove being near at the moment seems to be speculated wildly among the inhabbitants of The Cage. The fact that remains though is that so far none that have disapeared have ever been found or shown up dead or alive.

Summary of the Guild:

The Blooded Lotus leader is known within the Creed as "The Blooded Seer". She is known as one of the last of The Blooded Sisters of Khaar who was believed to be the first youngling that at the age of five had shown potential for Blood Magic. The Creed have been known in several places but recently their eyes has been set upon Sigil. The practice of Blood Magic lies as the foundating core of the Creed and with the aid of fiendish knowledge the sect seems to strive after resurrecting the ways of "The First Era" before the schools of magic was created. Not only mages, warlocks and clerics seem at home here...Anyone can use their mortal veins to corrupt and make the sacrifices necessary for incarnating the power of your ancestry or another being which have resulted in a broad variety of newbloods to the Creed itself, even warriors without any inherent magical ability. This be a creed for those who seek the forbidden knowledge of the dark arts...To serve something greater and in the process infuse themselves with the power necessary to carve their own destiny.

OOC notes:

I first want to underline that we are an rp oriented Guild. Now this might not mean much to many at first sight, but just because you are an evil Guild doesn't mean the sole purpose of it is to run around and forcing pvp upon every soul we encounter(This is a general statement to everybody and not directed towards any Faction/Guild on the server). The members of this Guild will abide by the rules of the server and any larger player orented events will be planned between the both parts to a certain degree to prevent ooc disputes and missunderstandings.

The Guild represents change, and will behold alot of fun role play and events for those that join. You who ever wanted to be part of the horrors behind ancient sacrificial blood rites, summonings of dark creatures from beyond any mortals imagination, and the war waged against the light would find this Guild very entertaining aswell as gaining many new friends with the same goal.

The ranking system is strict, but for those who dare enter awaits great chances for potential to rise to Power. The members work as one entity and though many have their own agendas for the rise to Power each member understand the weight of cooperation. Together the Guild grows stronger and this applies to each member that works for this goal.

Darks about this strange female figuere calling herself Sabel recruiting people circulate the black markets in. Everyone knows about her but very few dares mention her openly. Anyone who does so would disapear quickly with no return. But whispers always heed the dark corners of the Inn...There is proberly a few hints and rumours to be find there.

The Blooded Seer:
The Founder of the Guild and of such it's leader. She coordinates all the members with an Iron Hand and keeps the members gathered as a single entity working towards a common goal that shall serve the Guild's purpose. She sees to that weakness is cleansed of al corners of the Guild whenever it apears. She is often reffered to as "The Blooded Seer" or "The Archmistress", a name not just given but earned...

Keeper of Knowlege:
The right hand of the Archmistress...Nothing passes The Keepers ears and eyes. Her/His mind is keen with the darkest secrets of the Guild, and she beholds great knowlege in the ways of Magic and the Dark arts of Blood Bending. She serves as a counsil member of the Guild and is aswell the closest adviser to The Blooded Seer herself. She is holder of secrets, keeper of knowlege, and leading researcher in the new breakthroughs of the art of Blood Bending. (Require Epic mage class)

Warlord:
Whenever the one holding this rank is seen on the battlefield fear is bestowed into the hearts of the enemy. She/He knows very well the ways of war and beholds a great deal of knowlege in tactics and command. She is the left hand of the Archmistress, trusted with the responsibility of leading the Legion sent by the Archmistress to Victory.

Mistress of Undeath:
Before the schools of energy and matter was discovered our ancestors fought in the old ways. That is the ways of Life and Death, to create and destroy Life. The Mistress of Undeath is overseer over "The Legion". She directs the undead guardians of the Guild and oversee the extraction of information from unfortunate Prisioners of war. As any other dark mage of the Guild she is at the core a Blood Mage and have learned to use a very delicate combination of both to break the will of those captured by the Creed. (Requires epic mage class)

Master/Mistress of Shadow:
Commander of the Guilds stealth ops consisting of the Blooded Assassins and Seekers the Master of Shadow is a being reborn into darkness. Some believe that to gain this position one must leave behind the body once born into the light, and embrace the world of shadow. His/Her eyes is ever watching and few secrets can be kept from this one. He sits on the council serving as an advisor in matters of espionage, stealth and assassination and is well respected within the Guild. (Requires Hips)



*2'nd Division(Main Guildmembers)


1'st: Blood Bender:
The Foundation of the Guild. The Blood benders are mages taught in the dark arts of Blood Bending. These people give the Guild it's title with the fierce power they behold within the arts of dark magic. They come as the highest ranked in the 2'nd division though still answer to the 1'st Division(The Counsil) without question. (Requires mage class)

2'nd: Blooded Seeker:
The agents of the Guild. These men and women specializes in infiltration, gathering of information and other forms of espionage. Though they do not specialize in the art of war and assassination they have as any other member of The Blooded Lotus undergone the rituals of "The Blooded Seer" and of such can initiate battle as a last resort. They should not be underastimated, especially if cornered.

2'nd: Blooded Guardian:
The Blooded Guardians serves as the main force of the Blooded Lotus Defense and offense. Great warriors completly dedicated to the Creed without fear makes them a worthy foe for anyone who dares to opose the Guild itself. Dicipline and Strenght with the Iron Will of no mercy to those who threaten the Guild represent "The Blooded Guardian".

2'nd: Blooded Assassin:
When direct conflict needs to be avoided these men and women are the ones to take action. Masters of stealth, guile and arts of assassination they work in the shadows making those who opose the Guild disapear for good. (requires hips)


3'rd Division(New members/Potentials)

1'st: Blooded Adept/Aprentice:
As an aprentice you have started to learn more about the creed itself. You are aware of the duties, and ways of the Blooded Lotus. An Aprentice may study with eather of the second ranked to learn more. If you are a mage in aprenticeship you will be paired with a Blood Bender and be ranked "Blooded Adept". The Aprentice is ranked above the Newbown. However the aprentice may not make decisions or direct a new born without alowance of a Council member,

(Blooded Adept = Mage/Divine/Invocation class) (Blooded Aprentice = Non-caster class)

2'nd: Newborn
The Newborn are newcommers to the Creed. They are the lowest ranked above the slaves and Prisioners. As a newborn your duty is to learn and prove yourself to the Order. You may be at your weakest now in the beginning. However that also mean you have only things to achieve ahead of you to rise and find your rightfull Place in the Order...That is if you survive that long..
A newborn is not let in on the Council Meetings neither do they have promision to view the collected knowlege of the Keeper. This is the rank for one in the initiations stage of proving oneself.


*4'th Division

Slaves:
Consists of servants of diffrent humanoid races. Nothing much to say about these lowlifes. Only that most does not live long...

Prisoners:
Prisoners of war. Usually kept alive untill the nececary information is aquired. Depending on the importance of the prisoner the Archmistress or another member of the council may label them to not be touched or killed while in captivity until further notice. Though anyone beneith the third division is considerd to not have much of a value.

Banther:
Usually victims of raids. Villagers of diffrent races and alike. They serve as test subjects for diffrent kinds of experiments conducted within the order. The Keeper usually have the overall responsibility for these. However if a few dies now and then seems to matter little...

-Boundries exist only to be breached. Know though that this saying to one capable of carrying the weight of such an act, both within and outside the Guild. Positions can be challanged through "The blood rite of Agne'Kai" which is only concented through The Blooded Seer herself. (This is not only a question of Power. You will not be moved up just because you can PvP. However if your character has shown great knowlege within the area of the rank he/she challanges, this is quite possible).

OOC note:
These are the positions of the Guild. They serve as the structure on which it's built. However in rare cases special ranks are apointed to those who have served the Guild unquestionably. This gives those who do not wish to be a mage the opertunity to gain more influense within diffrent sections of the Creed..

Excerpts from the Journal of The Blooded Seer:

The Creed Of the Blooded Lotus follows an ancient path of the "Old Ways". Our path based on what the first users of magic perceived and practiced. While the Young Orders of Light and order derive in their self-indulgent and foolish ways of their so called "justice and enlighten" we base our Discipline and Order on The ancient "Codex of The First". Created in the first era of the "Eternal Blood War" of the lower denizens and based on how the World was in that time. The Planes may have changed but the core of every being remains the same. Though the World have fallen into decay of these traditions that we follow, we will see to that it is reminded of why "The first Era" was seen as the greatest in history. No race denies this, but many have chosen to put it behind them. Their hearts poisoned with the Words of promise and hope by the "New Orders" and their minds clouded by the illusion of harmony, Peace and serenity through the Words of light...

There is no Peace to be achieved in the way they Believe...Peace is achieved through Discipline, fear and through the rule of an Iron Hand. Progress is prohibited by the petty restrictions set up out of fear for the ancient ways of the arts. Blood Magic and Necromancy has been pushed back into the shadows by peoples fear of what it can do. People neglect to see that these are as any sword or spear a Tool. And the tool does not decide the actions of it's user.

Long Before the Magical arts of elements, transmutation, conjuring of planar creatures and abjurative wards there was only "The First" arts. This consisted of Blood magic, created by the Denizens of the lower planes. A most powerful magic meant to turn the foe's mind and body against itself. Blood has Always been a beacon of Power. It is known that the only time where a god has been threaten by its destruction is with Mortal Blood. It is a most powerful gift that we have achieved...One with greater Power than was meant for our kind. Though few know this we...The Keepers of The Old Ways have preserved this knowledge where others have succumbed into ignorance and decay of memory. Khaar knew this...My ancestors granted this knowledge to my grandfather, who in turn left this knowledge to my father who left it to me. The Order preserves this knowledge and in so the ways of "The first Era" lives on within this order, just awaiting to be unleashed upon the World.

The Second of "The First" arts is Necromancy. The Power to create and destroy Life. This was long Before any elements of energy was created. To create through using the distinct essence of oneÂ’s core, many call this "ones soul". Creating Power and Life from what has decayed...Resurrection. Using, binding, destroying, or creating Life through the use of essences made the pathway for the new schools of energy and matter. Though most Masters of the New schools denies this claiming Necromancy is an abomination of The Weave of Magic they are naive. Al magic derived first from the Shadows. Shadow existed long Before the light, and though light may give a temporary feeling of superiority as the sun arises at Dawn...Long after that sun is gone...and as soon as it's rays is drowned by the indulging shroud of shadow...There is only darkness...And only those who learn to live by it's rules...will ever survive what is to come...

-From countless years of research I have finally come across a piece of knowledge long forgotten to any mortal of this time...Even the denizens of Hell seems to have no recollection of its origin and I now understand why....Forbidden knowledge...I wonder how many of the Gods themselves that know of the truth about Blood Magic...And why it was created....I see now....So clearly...The power bestowed within each mortal's veins...So clear.... I have journeyed to the depths of the Ruins of the Karh'karus Tower to write this away from the knowledge of the world.
From bargaining with a Devil whoÂ’s name I do not dare utter who managed to steal a parchment from "Adramalech" otherwise known as "The Keeper of Records", and one of Asmodeus closest advisors, I have gained knowledge of the ritual of "K'harackk Zin'devros". It is truly marvelous...and could come to change the power balance between gods and mortals forever...
After translating the parchment at the best of my ability and with the help of an Elder Erinyes by the name of "Bael'phegora" I managed to bind to serve me I have come to understand more about this ritual. K'harackk Zin'devros is best translated in our tongue as "Blood Taint". Within this parchment one sentence drew my attention...As following:

*Sitting in the epicenter of a dark room lit only by a single candlelight a woman sits by her desk. The room is ornated by strange banners, and peculiar looking items which shadow spawning from the candles light seem to stretch far up the walls clawing for the ceiling.

Her feather pen dips once in the quill filled with a dark red liquid before gazing upon the parchment before her again, the lips offering a grin as her eyes goes through the parchment before stretching one of the names listed upon it off.

-Well then... Our foothold here have finally ben set...Each faction preoccupied with the chaotic happenings of the latest cycles....Good. Our work will be undisturbed, and none will know until its to late.... *she looks up towards a frail looking figure standing in rags at the exit heightening her hand after folding the parchment offering it forth as she says*
- Bring it to "her"...Our time...has finally come at hand...*

""As the illuminance of Sigil fall under the shroud of darkness a lone female figuer in red robe and hoove walks down the empty streets along the dicapilated houses...the windows along the streets of the Hive Ward is closed shut quickly at the sight of the robed figuer. She stops suddenly looking towards one of the larger trashpiles that had accumilated at the side of the road. Her hand moves up towards the pile with an open hand.

Out from behind the pile a young boy dressed in rags looks up from behind the garbage...The eyes filled with suspicioun and a bit of fear. The female figuere looks towards him and utters 2 words motioning for him to move towards her

-Come child...

Though it may look like the boy would never leave that spot his legs forces him to rise of their own...He looks down on his own limbs not understanding why they did that.... Not long after they start to walk him towards the hooded figuere whos hand moves in an inviting motion...The eyes of the boy now filled with fear.

The hooded female figuere takes the hand of the child and continiues to walk through the streets untill taking a turn into one of the dark alleys of the Hive...The boy has never been seen again. Dead or alive...Rumours of this event spread throughout the Hive...A few who saw the event never walk outside anymore but in broad daylight...fearing what walks their streets in the middle of the night....""

A woman clad in the deepest of reds sits before the radiant beauties in their cages and licks her lips. Her eyes dance along with their forms while the invisible puppet strings dangle above their quarry. "Yes, my dears, sing! Sing your souls out to me to complete the choir. Dance and bare me your sweat and blood." One of the men among the caged performers, perhaps even as pretty as any of the women, falls as even the enchantments are unable to find strength in his weathered limbs.

Within the depths of Under Sigil, the pimps and johns of the protitution rings begin to notice a trend of disappearances around the lovelier of faces among the jinkskirts. Only the deformed and disease-ridden are left untouched. At first their numbers are replaced, but that only seems to feed the creature in the dark that came for them before.

*In one of the Corridors of Math'adae a hooded figure slowly walks on the paved floor. Her feet carefully threading the ground with each step. Each torch casting it's own shadow over the path before her. At the near end of this pathway she stops turning to the left towards what seems to be just a wall. Discreetly she makes a tiny cut on her left hand with a nail then putting it onto the wall, uttering a single sentence silently under the hove as she lets her blood touch the Cold outer Surface of the wall itself. A short "click" is Heard and the wall moves inwards then to the left leaving an opening into a concealed room.
The room itself is quite simply decorated. A wooden desk carved of elven dark wood with the incarved words of *Arwen en' Agar" is visible at it's front side. A few shelves filled with dusty tomes is at both sides of the room. On the desk itself a lone Candle light itself as The Seer enters. Out of the wooden desk itself a Book arises as well, and a black feather pencil.*

Second entry, 35
Preparations...

-The preparations for the Order is proceeding within my expectations. We are growing...more and more members are joining the Order's cause. Though this place has long considered those with our gift as dangerous, and those practicing it officially have ben banished or killed out of ignorance and fear people are now threading forth from the shadows. I Am not one to rush things. If the Order is to survive and thrive without any obstacles arising discretion will serve us well. I have appointed someone to handle most of the recruiting in my place. To show myself to often in the shadow of my Order to often would be foolish...

The Red Moon grows near...And so does The Blooded Ceremony of our order to test our newest recruits. Under this Ritual the true face of each recruit will appear...staring your own doubt in the Eye facing it head on will become a valuable lesson for each and one of them... When that moment comes I shall Watch as they either crave the Victory deserving or crumble beneath their own weight.

I have observed the other Order's for some time now... And it intrigues me that my pre-assumptions about them were correct. Their discipline based on "Harmonious Meditation", Crude Faith and an arrogant Codex indulging them into their own interpretation of "justice". Arrogance I say...Using their faith and "self-Justice" to gain influence and power, making their members believe they are serving a "just cause"...Pathetic...I have seen the truth of such orders...What it does to ones being and the World itself. The orders see only themselves and are truly oblivious to how the mortal heart is made. The masses of the people needs more than petty restrictions...Progress I say...The realization that we do not live in the Illusion of the perfect society.

The First Era was bestowed with the Power of Magic. Infused into the society's core. Each individual understood their Place and the reason for their existence. Blood Magic was...and is a noble form of magic. Ancient...Older than the Creation of Energy and matter itself within the arts... The rules of the old World used this gift to bestow Order where there was chaos...The Knowledge of the Power of what runs in our mortal veins was cherished. Utter control, strength to each one gifted. We are what we are. And born with this the weight lies on our shoulders to restore The Old Ways back to this Era. What has been cast aside, lies dormant just awaiting to be unleashed...And now, it is time for it to awaken from its long sleep. Memory has faded from the hearts of the people...but they shall be reminded and we shall be the messengers.
