Details of the Report

During my off-duty period I came across an individual wielding a club, upon being told to remove it, she proceeded to trying to act smart by taking out a rug to polish it. Seeing through this mockery of law, I demanded they put the weapon away, showing my badge as proof of status. This status was mocked, and an attempt of bribery worth fifty (50) gold was offered for me to leave them. At this point I attempted to arrest her, she deflected using her shield. Unphased I attempted again, this time they fled using the cover of invisibility.

They traveled with a ghoul and a pale woman with raven black hair. Neither directly part of a crime, but likely lying about not knowing the suspects name. As such potentially subjects to INDICTABLE OFFENSES: §2 Association & §6 Misleading the Authority.

Main subject appeared as a tanned woman with orange eyes, silver medium-short hair. She wore a fullplate armor, and a large round shield, apparel was grayish brown. Also a wooden club which appeared poor quality. INDICTABLE OFFENSES: §7 Resisting Arrest. SUMMARY OFFENSES: §3 Failure to comply with lawful order, §6 Wielding a weapon in public.

After a few hours a response to the report is issued with wanted posters and an arrest warrant, The following charges are laid out.

INDICTABLE OFFENSES: 7 Resisting Arrest, 11 Bribery

SUMMARY OFFENSES: 3 Failure to comply with lawful order, 6 Wielding a weapon in public.

The Harmonium are giving the guilty party 48 hours to come forward or be caught before the charges are upgraded to FELONIES: 1 Crime spree. With the punishment being upgraded from a minor fine or small jail time to major jail time or the death penalty.
