Xallisine makes his way into the Hall of Records and begins asking around some of the Namers of the Fated. It appears he is trying to contact one of the more... morally flexible Factotum with information he claims to be potentially richly rewarding, but it comes with a problem that may take more than bureaucracy to solve. Xallisine claims that a mixture of his recent entry into the Fated and his current connections are not enough to be able to act on the information, if an interested party were to approach him. The information hints that it has some sort of connection with the recent issues that have been circulating around a Far Realm intrusion in the Gatehouse.
((Would like an IC meeting of some sort, players or DM led! 'Tis plotting to be done.))
An Opportunity Presents Itself.

*decided to speak to a cheaply hired basher and have him communicate for Ra'zeths convenience*
"Rannia, the name of a Tiefling that looks like she has come straight out of the Hive. When I communicated with her telepathically, I discovered her mind is part of the hive mind that the Far Realm creatures are using to communicate with each other. If she can be detained by us, I feel she may be worth a hefty sum of jink, in either raw information or to sell off to one of the afflicted factions. Harmonium, Mercykillers or the Bleak Cabal would all have reason to see her in their custody. We can arrange this for a small sum of course. Although I have this information in hand, I do not have the means to act upon this. Perhaps you can assist?"
((Thought I'd update here since I may be too busy to come online later))

(( Question:
Where did this come from? I am not aware of any event that lead to this.
Please tell me details so I can react accordingly with the NPCs involved in this storyline. Thank you. ))

((Xall spoke to her telepathically in the bazaar outside of any event and saw she was part of a hive mind for some sort of Far Realm creature. He has no idea whether its connected to the current plot or not, he's just going on assumptions because he see's an opportunity to remove a potential rival and earn a little on the side :P ))
"If she disappears and finds her way into our custody for interrogation, I would not be displeased. The information she can provide in regards to the invading creatures may be invaluable, and even if the infested factions do not wish to pay for the information, I am aware of certain groups within Sigil that will. It is a simple enough plan. I am sure one in your position has access to the appropriate muscle and a place to hold her discretely... No permanent damage will be done to the subject and it is unlikely that one in her mental state will be able to hold up a valid accusation against us once she is released to an interested party. I doubt anyone is going to miss her..."

Namer Fernalit sends a letter to the illithid, the 'richly rewarding' part of the rumor circulating among namers interesting her. In it she sends her contact information for meeting in the Tower of the Records, fifth floor, the table near the library hall.
