I hope this letter finds you well. My efforts in the investigation of the anarchists has bore some new fruit. I have the name and description of a potential mole and am looking for the assistance of the rest of the Triad to apprehend this individual. I am requesting a warrant for Search and Seizure on the individual below for the reasonable suspicion that he is involved with the anarchist cell we apprehended.

I have also retrieved more stolen seals which can be retrieved from Factor Swan's Son. Please send your response to the prison at your convenience. The interrogation is still ongoing.
