It is my recommendation that Aide Arnders, currently under your department supervision, be promoted to the rank of Administrator and be given the opportunity to transfer, in an official capacity, to the Department of Interfactional Affairs so that she may better serve the Fraternity. Her skills will be much better suited working under our department and courts than in filing records in the Hall.
