A source has mentioned that Rhethys Crimson has returned to Sigil, find her and arrest her. I want a notary assigned to each major trade route, including the portal trade routes to keep an eye out for her.
She is known to co-conspire with Hildmor d'Kridis and is the accountant of Cartel, the accounting information had been removed during the last search, we want her alive and we want those documentations intact.
