The following is put forth to the Fraternity of Order

" As council to Mr. D'Kridis I must immediately call for the following"

A list is produced to the court Clerks representing the presiding judge. It consists of the following:

Copies of all paperworks, warrants and notices

The Defence requests a copy of all warrants, notices and orders to delay or apprehend Mr. D'Kridis. All are to be in proper form and unaltered. All must show whom signed and authorized them.

Motion for Discovery of Information Necessary to Receive a Fair Trial

This is a Motion for Discovery of Information Necessary to Receive a Fair Trial. Mr. D'Kridis' counsel requests that the prosecution disclose, and permit an inspection of all statements, written or oral or recorded, made by the defendant to any person, at anytime, before or after his arrest, including the name and address of the person(s) to whom the statement(s)were made.

Motion for Discovery of Information Regarding the Prosecutions Experts

This is a Motion for Discovery of Information Necessary to Receive a Fair Trial under prosecutions use of Expert witnesses. Defendant's counsel requests that the prosecution disclose all experts to be used in court, before or after the arrest of Mr. D'Kridis, including the names and address of the person(s) to whom the expert testimonies were, and are, being made.

Affidavit in Support of Motion for Release of Defendant on Own Recognizance

Mr. D'Kridis acknowledges or recognizes that he will do a specific act necessary by law. By doing so, Mr. D'Kridis is obliged with a debt to the court. The obligation will be avoided if he satisfies certain conditions such as remaining in the city and checking with court at scheduled times to satisfy his presence. Mr. D'Kridis should released on his own recognizance if bail bond is not set. His obligation, should he forfiet his conditions, would be chosen by the court.

Mr D'Kridis is no threat to the community and is not a threat to flee justice. He holds too many obligations to businesses in the city to abandon them. He must have right of Recognizance and be released.

He patiently awaits word as to how these motions, all of which are legal standard practice, will be decided and by which Judge. He reminds the clerk that he cannot defend Mr. D'Kridis without access to the evidence or the defendant.

(((ooc: I certainly don't need a full list of eveything said, paperwork, etc but will, as a matter of general court proceedings, need to know what the evidence is and have access to it so I can begin a defence investigation. Anything can be PM'd if it's to remain out of the public for now.)))

The clerk reads the documents and nods agreeing that all are in order

"Everything is in order Mr. Charles however the case has yet to filed and motions granted. You will have to wait until the Harmonium brings their case officially to court and at that time he pats the stack of papers all of this will be made available. As it stands now, there is nothing that can be done and Hildmor will remain in Harmonium custody."

*Charles nods and collects his case to leave then stops and slightly turns towards the Clerk*

Very well. I would hope the Fraternity will not permit the Harmonium to run over their courts and ignore their laws for too long. The defendents under the care of the legal system deserve due process... and to delay that due process because the Fraternity cannot maintain control over the legal system... would be... unfortunate.

*adjusts his glasses*

Ah well. I suppose reputation of faction isn't all that important. I thank you for your time and look forward to the trial.

*a smile and a wink and Charles leaves*

*Now that the charges have been sent to the Fraternity by the Harmonium, and that the Fraternity had ordered a trial to be held, Charles revists the motions, specifically the one to release the accused on his own recognizance*
