Details of the incident : Sir Foresworn (that is the name he is referred to as ///Khyrion) refused to sheathe his blade when asked by Harmonium forces while in the bazaar. He still refused even after being told by myself and Notary Christopher Cryptobane. His reasoning is that he had no sheathe to put his blade into. He came willingly to the barracks to be processed for the fine and was the perfect gentlemen throughout the whole process.
I have suggested that should have one constructed to avoid further incidents.
And he also challenged Namer Christopher Cryptbane to a duel, which the Namer smartly ignored.
A fine of 500 gold as levied against him which is willingly paid, once again with no kind of resistance. No further actions are recommended against Sir Foresworn, as he not only came willingly but held out his blade to redeem himself for actions he believes warranted it.
