// I am starting this topic mostly for the convenience of Harmonium players. Other similar cases may be found here later. If your characters do something specific with the information, I would like to know as well. This report is deliverd by Richard, a Hardhead Namer (NPC):

"When we [he was on duty with Namer Roland] arrived to the murder scene near the Festhall, the ashes of the victim had been disturbed at least two times. There was evidence of a struggle. Trampled grass, for instance. It appears that the victim may have been a vampire. A planewalker mage was able to conjure up the victim's last moments, suggesting that he was killed by a man and a woman who were enjoying drinks at the little park. I am not certain if this sort of divination is reliable.

The victim, by our estimation, was a man dressed in merchant-like clothes. By the time we arrived to the scene, he was a decapitated pile of dust, held together only by his clothes. There was a trickle of blood present at the scene. It may or may not have belonged to the victim. I do not know whether vampires even bleed. If he was a vampire. The rest of him is ashes, at least.

In the end, I regret to inform that the crime scene dissolved. We retrieved some discarded bottles containing residue of potent, homebrewed alcohol."

Namer Eskaia has been seen arriving to the scene, and doing as much as she could with the scene and what was left of it, even going far as searching the nearby areas for anything related with no success. Once done, she briefly returns to the headquarters to question whenever any witnesses were questioned.

She finds out that there were at least there people present at the scene. The tracks end where the cobblestones start, however. The Harmonium representatives claim that they have followed standard procedure, but it appears they either lack any conclusive evidence or are reluctant to share it. With a little persuading, one might find out that they have talked to people living near the Festhall, but things seem rather unclear at the moment.

Harmonium representatives now have access to a drawing. A note attached to the parchment helpfully informs that the picture was drawn by someone called Lady Mir. Furthermore, records show that a Wolfinson delivered the drawing to the Barracks and was paid 100 jink for his trouble.

The picture itself displays a large, bald outdoorsman with blue eyes. The man is surrounded by stink lines and appears to be unarmed. Further inquiries conducted by Namer Richard [npc] indicate that a man looking like that has indeed been asking questions about the local vampires. Eyewitnesses state that he reeks strongly of alcohol.

Rhistel could have be seen by one of the patrols as he stopped by the scene while the evidence were still clearly recognizable.
He didn't seem extremely interested, though the view was peculiar indeed, still, he took with him some of the ashes and whatever sample of blood he could get, being as careful as he could to not alter the scene too much.

He left shortly after and headed to his workshop, which appears to be extremely close to the incident.
