An old time measure, Christopher Cryptbane comes across this warrant and sighs, he sends a letter to the issueing guvner(s).

In regards to the warrant you issued, what exactly has he done? You state offenses but not specifics as to what was done. The harmonium does not arrest people just because some well known to be drunkard guvner states a few offenses and yet does not give detaills.

Please see attached forms H-128.B/c/d and fill them all out in as much detail as possible then and only then will this warrant be processed CORRECTLY.

Five days following the announced warrant of arrest for the entity known as Phantom, a freckled blonde-haired woman submits an official report with Charles at the front desk of the Barracks - The man for whom the warrant was issued having reportedly died from his wounds in an attempted suicide, despite the efforts of involved medics.

Official report filed by Civilian Odette Vieuxpont; Factionless.

Request for the closure of warrant, and dropping of charges on grounds of death.

Cause of death: Injuries sustained through use of firearm aimed at the head.

A whiskey-fueled verbal request was also heard to be made, stating to "Call off the houndin' of yer soddin' dogs, already. He's gone an' he ain't comin' back." This was, of course, left off official documentation.
