Measure One Alice Kordiva leaves an almost extremist comment in the Harmonium Notice Board:
"Alert! The Anarchists have abducted one of our primary Factotums and have managed to evade the grasp of the law for the first and only time.
I, will not have history repeat itself.
I send this notice to every Notary, Measure and even Mover if they will accept the handout, we must get Factotum Diana The Guardian back.
A portrait of Diana is shown on the board, a Human woman with the look of a secretary amoung the Hardheads more than an armoured woman in the force.
Diana is one of our many liason officers for desk-work including tracking of information, continued distribution of evidence between Guvner Judges, Red Death Justicars and Harmonium Officers and the ledger registrar to observe our daily activities and values.
She must be returned to us alive, and in-good-condition, furthermore, those responsible for capturing her must be braught to justice immediatley.
I have spoken with Guvner officals and in this emergancy state of affair, its free-range for Harmonium soldiers to arrest and even kill on sight if they please.
We must get her back, it is priority, search every house, question every citizen, if her information falls into the wrong hands then months of work attempting to gather evidence on criminal syndicates will be lost forever.
Deal with this matter the Harmonium way, peace through dicipline.
I will be expecting a full report from the Notary or fellow Measure who brings back Factotum Diana, failure, will not be treated well.
That is all."

((This is a PVP event that will take place on Saturday the 12th of Febuary at 12AM GMT, concent is required but PVP will not be obligatory and may even be avoided outright if players are swift and decisive enough.
For the Harmonium, the matter will depend strongly on team-building, keeping informed by the public and working with it to track down the criminals. However, their opposition may also use this tactic in order to buy the publics silence or even start a riot to distract the Harmonium, the options are very open-range.
Any one who accepts invitation "must" be willing to concent to PVP when involved in this event, the Anarchists will also be informed of this matter.))

Measure One Alice Kordiva has every notary she can organised into seven man patrolls, consisting of the following:
Four ground soldiers trained in hand to hand combat.
One spellslinger.
One Cleric.
And a Measure or high ranking Notary to keep dicipline amoung the ranks.

She orders strict patroll routeens at all times, every group is to be kept in a tidy formation and keep an imposing movement pace to intimidate the opposition. Furthermore, she doubles the regular amount of training sessions that every Harmonium officer would usually give to their troops in prepairation for any immediate response.
Indeed, living up to her name, Alice Kordiva began immediate recruitment of the Rapid-Response unit, promising that only the most vigorous, wisened, well trained recruits would be eligiable to enter the special division.
She notified that these recruits would recieve heavy training on enemy tactics, adept understanding of supernatural opposition including divine spellcasting, magical spellcasting, training against psycological warfare and gurrelia combat.

She would begin the natural selection process of browsing through various Notaries and lower ranking Measures to decide who would be worthy of forming this team's most immediate elite. She also made it clear she had no interest in making this a competition of importance, but a matter of efficency, only the most efficent Harmonium would be eligable to commendation.

In the meantime, she also kept tabs on every civilian who had previously or currently served as an informat to the Harmonium, having private investigators monitor perversley the details of everything and anything they did for even the smallest sign of deception.
