Investigator Lexus Bourvine's, of the Mechanus criminal investigations department, report concerning the explosion in the Great Bazaar.
The report appears to be written in shorthand, neatly scribed and direct. Though not lengthy it is highly descriptive of the tools used to cause the blast and the magics used. Accompanying the report are a few specimens of ash and dirt, taken from the scene, with detailed accounts of the compounds in the specimens.
Names of witnesses are also provided, individuals who were at the scene or saw an aftermath to the event. These include: Wren ortharas, Zilvai and Hildmor d'Kridis.
However, a part of the report does seem to be missing, the motive behind the attack, Lexus appears only to speculate over the culprits act suggesting he may have wishes to destroy a tear in the dimensions to prevent its expansion and that this was NOT a criminal act but an act following a belief, in light of the riots raging across the Cage.
(( Basically, as I've not been greatly informed as to what happened, this is a brief post that leaves the contents of the report open for the dm's to play around with xD ))

Caine takes a brief reading of each analysis, carefully, he charts them down in a secure "Harmonium Only" storage, no spies no one, save Sarin and Caine himself are now welcome to Harmonium information unless Sarin approves otherwise.
Caine sends the appropriate letter of gratitude:
"Good work Lex... I can call you Lex right? I just prefer to call people informally, its easier to remember a cutter if you talk to him rather than at him.
Anyway, continue as planned and be sure this letter doesnt get intercepted by anyone, burn it if you have to, good job.
K.Caine, Mover Five."
