Greetings,

I'm the factory owner Bael'Zai and I'd like to require the Mercykillers to get things done. My legally contracted workers have illegally decided to stop working and are threatening me to do so until I accept their illegal demands. I hereby ask you to send a squad immediately to my factory to persuade them to return to work and stop their illegal strike as quickly as possible.

Please provide proof of slavery ownership of offending party or contract signed by an A1 judge or higher from the Fraternity of Order, Stating the breach of contract and or violation by the offending party. Without such legal documentation our hands are tied upon the matter.

These people are law offenders as their contract implies they'll work for their employer and get paid, their contracts forbids any unauthorized stopping of their work by their employer. It is ILLEGAL and against the law.

And PLEASE, do not butcher my name : its BAEL'ZAI not BEAL'ZEL.

I have looked over the matter and will be forwarding your complaint. to the proper Authorities, It is the Harmoniums job to arrest law Breakers, and the Fraternities Job to ascertain Guilt. After we have a Valid Guilty Verdict then, and only after then, we can apply Punishment. As much as I would enjoy excuting your entire staff for such Insolence. There is the Matter of Due Process.

Justice is everything, When properly applied, Punishment leads to perfection!!

After having heard about the commotion over at the factory and reading the letter (if it is available to Namers), Dace pens a letter to Charae.

Factor Charae,

As you have no doubt heard by now, there's is a situation brewing over at a factory owned by the Ameln & Ghelin company, over a dispute in payment and working conditions.  The current owner, a baatezu by the name of Bael'Zai, has already contacted the Mercykillers requesting we send over forces to suppress the matter. I can only assume he has also contacted other groups- within and outside of the Triad- to enforce his will.

To be clear, I am not writing for permission to oppose him on the grounds that he is a baatezu, but rather requesting that we investigate the matter before it comes to unnecessary bloodshed. In particular, I am a little concerned about how he- a fiend not in any known or possible way related to the original mortal owners - came to control the company out of nowhere. These sort of tensions should have been gradual instead of springing up so suddenly and aggressively. Likewise, his  immediate request for martial involvement is also worrying.

To that end, I ask that I or a more qualified Mercykiller be given the authority to request access to the company records and any documentation concerning Bael'Zai and his former superiors within the Amelin & Ghelin company, so that we may determine whether or not this is a simple matter of onry employees or if something more is going on. I understand that such matters are normally left to the Harmonium, but given their recent actions, it may be best if we have some information of our own before  we are forced to render judgment on the matter.

The rumor soon spread within the Prison that Justicar Vashtar, freshly arrived with the reinforcements Nilesia called from Archeron, was already assembling a squad to investigate the matter, mostly consisted of fresh new recruits, some of the direction "recruited" from the ranks of the ex-convicts.

Here is a contract delivered to me, from Bael'zai  have no Idea why, when Factory owners have problems with employees they come strait to us, I do suggest that the offenders be arrested and properly tried,  Contract breaking and open Rebellion should never be tolerated.  Please be expediante I am really getting bored with the latest batch of prisoners and so hoping for new blood soon.
