To Fraternity is brought new latest SIGIS which is directed at Garen Seph, however the slight difference is that tiny pieces are cut off here and there from different articles, and the same place of the previous article seems to be place where the pieces are found out. Although it is done in such discreet fashion that quick first glance just makes it appear like any mundane SIGIS newspaper, until starting to actually look through to see that there are pieces lacking.

Another advert is taken out in the paper in the section usually listing bounties and wanted listings, that briefly explains that Warrant #06023391-A3 to arrest Cratten Erroc for bounty for the crime of Theft of court evidence has been closed. No further bounty will be offered and no arrest will be permitted under such Warrant.
