Examination of this Potential has led to several key observations. She possesses keen insight, through an inherent precognitive gift or mild telepathy (Inherent? Can't prove that. We haven't got proof of familial manifestations) though suffers extensive damage to her mind (We'll see if she grows out of it before we go labelling her 'damaged', don't you think?) often speaking of hearing voices or noises. Psionic contact is forbidden. (For the uninformed - We've 'donated' Attendants Graven, Tyrindhaal, Tarfend and Rhikoss to the Irreparably Barmy wing of the Gatehouse for their efforts.)
The Potential seems incapable of interacting with portals. This could prove problematic if she nears ascendance. (Understatement. What good is a godling if she gets penned by Her Serenity before we can document the process, nevermind the cruelty of the circumstances!)

She's sharp, And I'm not just talking about her tail. Unlike the Factotum, I'm not entirely convinced that she's as 'damaged' as he would like to label her.
She's got brains enough to not like the Factotum, which is rather endearing in its' own way. I'd say she's 'troubled', certainly, but what would you expect of a child in her circumstances?
She often speaks of voices. Whether they're a product of her 'damage', the source of her gifts or something else entirely, I can't be certain. I've suspicions but no real facts to build a case around. She becomes distressed when I ask about the voices, and having seen how quick she can lash out, I don't press the issue.
Under the suggestion of a friend amongst the Cabal, I introduced art supplies to her room. His reasoning was that they were popular amongst their inmates born simple. I wouldn't put her under the same label, but she's taken to them and they seem to calm her significantly.

She painted a map of the Planes on the wall of her room. To my knowledge, we've never given her books or pictures that depict the Great Ring and yet, there it is in perfect detail.
When questioned upon how she drew it, she said that the voices told her. She was in her lucid state, so I pushed for more information. I asked her about the voices and where they came from. She took me by the hand and pulled me towards her painting, then looked me in the eye while she pressed my hand to the wall.
She'd placed it in an empty gap in her picture, outside of the Outer Planes and not quite in her depiction of the Transitive Planes. She said a single word. 'Between', and then left that she might draw.
Sometimes, She scares me.

The Factotum thinks I'm too close to the girl and wants to reassign me to another Potential. I'm to tell her tomorrow that she'll be under the care of Attendant Yarren from now on.
Maybe he's right.
How will she take to the changes? I worry about the lass.

The document seems to be a missing persons report, containing a now rather faded but accurate sketch of a twelve-to-thirteen year old tiefling girl and a listing of her quirks and habits. It would appear to have been sent to the Bleak Cabal and to the Harmonium.
Curiously, she is listed as having run away and that her family is ever so worried about her and wish to see to her safe return. Anyone with information regarding the girl should direct it to the appropriate offices of the Believers of the Source.
