A Letter Of Concern

The following letter would be delivered to the desk Sergent at the Barracks.

To whom it may concern.

It cannot have escaped the Harmonium's notice that there is a rampant growth of Razorvine in the brazar.  A growth of of this size and speed is quite alarming a danger to the city's buildings and inhabitants.  Whilst steps are being taken to treat the problem prevention is more valuable than cure.  I would request that the matter is investigated.

Newly promoted Measure One Christopher Cryptbane posts a simple yet to the point message where all Harmonium soldiers can see it.

"The recent Razorvine growth explosion is both alarming and worrying the residents and visitors of Sigil, please keep an ear and eye open for any explanation for the recent growth spurts. In addition please cut down and remove any Razorvine growths you see in your patrols and keep an ear and eye out for anyone distracting the Dabus from their duties of controling this plant. Anyone caught distacting the Dabus is to be detained and brought in for questioning".

Caterina would write out the following letter and post it to the barracks.

To whom it may concern

This morning I was saddened to learn of the death of one of my colleagues.  Aide Burrows was brutally murdered in her own home whilst her children slept in the next room.

The killing bore the hall marks of the still at large Eagle a suspected agent of the Revolutionary League. This would bring the Eagle's tally of victims to four members of the Harmonium two members of the Fraternity of Order and one Mercykiller.

I write to receive reassurances that the Harmonium is doing all it can to bring the killer to justice and to reminds you that as always the Fraternity stands ready to assist you in whatever way we can.
