Recent Deaths & Leading Investigation

A new order is given to Harmonium members: Do not travel alone ^{((Badge -> henchman))}. Sniper picking out lone targets.

Current investigative measures to be taken:
- Archers that have a reputation of disliking Harmonium are to be taken in for questioning. A list if names is provided after it, in the list is included Nienna.
- Two pieces of ammunition has been recovered from the corpses, trace these to known suppliers if possible. After a while these ammunition have disappeared giving new clues of their temporary nature, if new ones are to be found it is suggested that a sketch is made to have long lasting piece of description.
- Inspect the scenes, find out where the shot came from, find out who saw and what from that place during that time.
- People on rooftops or balconies by standard are considered suspects. If they possess equipment that could be used to kill from distance, they are to be detained and questioned.
- Anarchists are by standard suspect. Known anarchists to be taken in for questioning.

Measure One Cryptbane sighs as he hears the orders. He had known of the sniper for awhile but this when added to the other harmonium soldiers that have been turning up dead via an obviously skilled assassins hand had him truly worried. He issues forth recommendations that all squads take a refresher course about defensive posturing while on patrol, and given the apparent habit of being attacked from behind he recommends that for the near future all soldiers replace their shoulder pauldrons, elbow plates with heavily spiked peices in order to allow the soldiers more of a defense form rear-ward attackers. He even suggests that the "fin" most soldiers have on the back of their helm be sharped to a razors edge finish, a simply head thrust back to the face can often do wonders when a razor sharp peice of metal leads the way.

He also recommends handing out wands of displacement and mirror image and instructing the patrols in their useage. He sighs one more time as he sits back after issuing the recommendations, his many years of adventuring tends to give him many useful bits of survival advice.
