What race are the spirits in Carceri, technically? Also, while we're here, does anyone actually know if you can get ruin bows?

I know of no bow with any ruins. And Id presume outsider and I Believe there susuptible to crit and sneak. If there undead as most spirits are then there is one known Crossbow called Death to the Undead it is super expensive 120k from the fair vendor, who is only availabe for 1 week out of the year good news the fair should be up and coming soon

Carceri spirits are actually petitioners who've been tortured into their current forms, thus outsiders. Niflheim spirits are undead.

Well when you consider that petitioners in the heavens can become lantern archons, while the Abyss sucks up its petitioners and spits them out as new demons.... nothing saying a few millenia of torture in Carceri couldn't do the same (and I want to say I got the idea from a Dragon article or Dungeon adventure).

If you haven't right-clicked and examined the three spirits, I recommend you do at some point. I think I gave them very good descriptions. :D
