Hmm well I have played BGTSCC before, so maybe it was in one of their dowloads.
What is the current rule of Sigil? If Mielikki is my god on my chatracter sheet do I have to RP as that God?
Hmm if so, a Favored Soul with paladin splash of Mielikki with absolutely zero woodland skills or classes could be a tough RP to figure out ...suggestions welcome as to how to go about that :-)

Nah, we're ok with people rp'ing worshipping different gods than is on the sheet really
We mostly added new deities for flavor of more pantheons, and to encourage more variety (so it doesn't become FR in the planes). But it's quite all right to play a clueless prime worshipping a minor deity of FR :)

Power = Deity.
Anyhow, according to the AD&D Planescape material, Mielikki is a power known beyond the backwater prime world of Toril, and her planar symbol is an evergreen tree.
You could try a Ranger / FS or SS combination.

If it is accepted that you can RP as a favored soul for whatver God you want regardless of domains and the sheet then that is cool - had figured a way to make Mielikki work with no ranger/druid classes, but will be easier to worship someone more classically attuned to a favored/paldin

But would it be alright to select a deity to get a light hammer as favored weapon and then roleplay as priest of Thor, right?

hmm....alright, I'm unsure what my options are as I want to follow the rules.
I picked Melil to start, but on my Favored level I didn't have that option so I picked Mielikki since scimitar and rapier are fairly similar and I was hoping there might be an ingame way to change my god back to Melil.
Are you saying that if you want to RP worshipping a diffrent god than is on your sheet, especially when you are a favored or cleric and are getting bonuses based off that god, then it needs to be something that was NOT a choice normally?
I have no problem with that either. Then I can go back to Melil. I kinda liked being a Paladin of Poetry and Song :-)

Like I said, Melil isn't on SCoD... what I forgot to write last time but intended to, was to note that I think Mielikki was a good choice, rapier and scimitar are statwise very similar anyways, so didn't see a problem with it... please continue rp'ing as Melil if you wish :)

As a preliminary idea, how about this:
http://nwn2db.com/build.php?id=22314&version=1
Questions:
1. How much does it matter if domains and gods line up?
2. Is Improved Critical Important? Are Keen weapons or Keen Scrolls able to be found easily?
3. How important is blindfight?
4. Is concentration important on buffer?
5. Is spot important (and what about having keen senses from elf...)
Any other ideas or suggestions would be great.

1. The answer depends on who you ask it from. I think we had a rather long topic about this a while back.
2. A lot of monsters are immune to critical hits, as per setting, we do have "ruin" weapons, but if you can live without scoring critical hits you'll do just fine. Scrolls can be found, and enchanters to enchant your weapons.
3. You can live without.
4. Are you going to buff your character while being attacked? If you are planning on using the "defensive casting"-mode, you just need 23 ranks in concentration to neglect all attacks of opportunity caused by casting.
5. The elven senses help you spot the few traps in Under Sigil a little bit faster, which is the PvE benefit of the racial feat. You can live without any ranks in spot.
The thing about playing here on SCoD is that you are not required to have the most awesome build ever possible, even a single class rogue should be able to cut it. Thus, a single class Favored Soul is a working character.
The players here give a lot more emphasis on the role-playing side of things, which, may require some getting used to from the players of the PW 'X'.
P.S. Your link leads me to here: http://nwn2db.com/builds.php
